Galloway Inspections Services, Inc. is a home inspection company with over TEN years of experience. Our Mission is to provide our clients with the most detailed reports possible, and to help them make the best decision concerning the property inspected in a timely manner. Reports are delivered electronically to the client the same day as the inspection in most cases.
Being a one-man company allows me to ensure that my clients receive personal attention and are treated with courtesy and respect. Clients are encouraged to attend the inspection so all of their questions can be answered. If they cannot be at the inspection, I am available by phone at any time.

Services
My background is varied and started with a BS degree in Forestry from NC State University. A family move to Eden, NC led to a career change and me ending up earning my home inspector license in 2005. For the past twelve years I worked for a property management company as the lead inspector and trainer.
Payment for inspection is due at the inspection unless other arrangements are made prior to inspection. Contract for inspection must be signed at or prior to inspection. All pictures taken are included in the report. Reports emailed to client same day as inspection. If clients require a hard copy of report mailed, a $10.00 charge will be added.
