Services
We offer house call services for preventative care visits, minor medical problems, and end-of-life care. This service is ideal for pets who become fearful in the hospital, clients with multiple pets, and clients who have a difficult time obtaining transportation to our hospital. We have a veterinarian and personnel on duty 6 days a week who are trained and equipped to handle any urgent care your pet has.
Not only are pets unable to tell you how they feel, they often hide symptoms of disease or illness. Sometimes the only way to tell if your pet is not well is through a veterinary examination. Our doctors perform a tip-of-the-nose to the tip-of-the-tail exam tailored to your pet's breed, age, health status and stage in life.
Laboratory testing is a critical component of preventative veterinary care and crucial for diagnosing and treating illness. Without timely access to accurate laboratory tests, your veterinarian is severely limited when it comes to diagnosing everything from heartworm disease to cancer. Additionally, the ability to conduct pre-surgical lab tests is very important for understanding if anesthesia poses a risk to your pet.
In the event that your pet requires intensive care, our hospital is well-equipped to provide the highest quality care possible. Intravenous fluid therapy, in-house laboratory evaluation, and intensive monitoring are just a few of the services we provide in our ICU. Our veterinary staff has expertise in the use of heart monitors, blood pressure monitors and other equipment used to determine the health and condition of each patient.

Our network of specialists includes on-site board-certified surgical specialists capable of providing your pet with a wide range of soft tissue and orthopedic surgical services on an on-call basis.

Going to the vet with my cat is always a stressful experience for all parties involved, but the fantastic staff at Springtown make our visits so much easier. The vets/techs are patient and understanding in addition to being knowledgeable and skilled. They always provide great information for me to follow up with, which makes me feel more confident in assessing my cat’s general wellbeing at home, and always follow up with us after our visits. We are SO grateful to the staff at Springtown for keeping our kitties happy and healthy!

We just had our first visit with Dr. Martin and Omar. I’m so impressed with the efficiency of our experience. We were in and out in under an hour with all questions answered and feeling confident about the plan to help our pup. We have a pit mix who is usually very anxious around people but she loved Omar and Dr. Martin so much that she cried when they left the exam room. Highly recommend!

Today was our first ever appt and I am beyond impressed and happy with our experience. Front desk was awesome! I really like the format that is setup to receive paperwork/check out and medication instructions. Dr. Lambert was amazing she went above and beyond with the exam and treatment plan for my dog! Took lots of time at pick up to go over everything and emailed detailed medication instructions as well. We are so happy to be new clients at Springtown!

We love Dr. Martin and wouldn't take our babies anywhere else! Dr. Martin has gone above and beyond in treating our lab, Archer. She has been informative, compassionate, and empathetic through his diagnosis with and treatment of Mast Cell tumors. And she did not stop researching until she had an answer for his very rare condition unrelated to the tumors. We are so thankful for the entire Springtown team!

Over the last 3 years we’ve been coming here for our regular needs. Over the last 48 hours those needs escalated as this team completed what is sure to be the hardest job they do. I can't think of anything to improve. It was a great experience. Process was smooth and efficient without making me feel like you didn't care about my pet. I loved that I could actually have a real conversation with the vet about the treatment plan. The pricing was transparent and easy to understand. Ready to transfer my other animals to Springtown!

If I could give no stars I absolutely would!
You lost my business as a primary vet and a way to board my dogs. We have called to keep the clinic updated that we are stuck in stand still traffic. And also keep in mind we just came back from a last minute funeral! So of course the first thing I want to do is give my pups and big ol hug after a stressful weekend. We called to let the clinic know we are 11 minutes away and we understood it's after hours but we've let you know a head of time. And the manager said we would have to board another night. We explained we do not have the money for

They massively over charged me and lied to my father about symptoms in order to approve additional testing when I was unavailable to answer the phone. They did tests that I specifically said no to at check in. They also let my senior dog sit in her pee and then gave her to me all wet but sprayed with perfume. This place is disgusting. When I spoke to the manager about it she had a massive attitude and hung up on me while I was speaking.

If I could give them more stars I totally would! Absolutely best Vet I have used, and I used to live on a ranch plus 6 dogs! They are extremely friendly, helpful, understanding, and always available. I got my dog neutered a few days ago, they provided an amazing amount of information and really know what they are doing. They texted me the next day to check up on my dog and was extremely helpful with any questions I had. They were also very understanding and genuinely kind. Cassy, Kenna, Veronica, and Dr. Kristen Martin were absolutely wonderful!

No complaints!! Best experience and vet office I've ever been a part of. Always a great experience, especially when hearing good news about my pups. All doctors I've worked with are wonderful and Dr. Tolson is amazing! Her work ethic, patience and care always make me feel hopeful and happy about my 14yr old Labrador baby. From the receptionists, vet technicians to the Doctors and specialists they work with, are all exceptional! :)

In the last month both my mother and myself experienced two unexpected major medical problems with each of our female Chihuahua mixes. At the start of October my elderly mother's dog developed an extremely severe case of canine IMTP ( an acute autoimmune disease) that was quite serious and life threatening. Springtown took her on short notice as an emergency case and Dr. Dan Nowland was able to diagnose and treat her immediately. He was very upfront with us that this was a life threatening situation and things were very critical. He and his amazing staff worked diligently and aggressively

My dog, Jade, had gone a while without a vet visit and was due for her annual shots. The last vet I took her too was completely horrible towards Jade and myself.... I lost faith in vets. I heard amazing things about Springtown through a co-worker and decided to give them a try. I will never go anywhere else, and I will be back regularly! The staff was very knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions and concerns. They saw me in a timely manner and everyone was very sweet to my dog. When I had to stop by to pick up medicine a two days after sending out the lab work Kara, the vet tech, remembered me and asked how my dog was doing by name. Highly recommend! They also are very clear about pricing and telling you the best foods for your pet.

When I first went here I loved them but recently I had a bad experience. When they called to check in on my cat they chose to make a comment over the phone about how my cat was one of the most difficult ones they've had to handle. I felt that was very unprofessional especially when they gave her multiple shots and shoved a pill down her throat. I don't know about everyone else but I don't think a cat would react very well to that in the first place.

I really wish I could give them more stars. The people at the front were very nice to my dog and me, but the actual visit was weird. I was just bringing my dog in for a routine check up and booster shots. The nurse tallied up how much it would cost and hit us with a bill of around $420. The vet we visit when we're in Houston charged us $128 last time. Somehow this vet was three times as expensive. The examination room was fine, albeit a bit bare. The doctor was fine, but the nurse was kind of gruff with us. When it was time for his testing and shots, they took him to a back room (leaving us

Fast, nice, and clean. Went over the prices with me before any exam. Think they were overly cautious about my cat's mildly inflamed ears, but I just got her from the pound so I told them I was happy to pay for an antibiotic just to make sure she was safe. Overall a great experience that my cat didn't seem to mind at all. $20 off new patients. About $300 total for my cat's exam, two antibiotics, flea and tick medicine, and general tests. The price I expected.
