Buddy (yellow lab) had a full spa day today. He was practically prancing when he was brought out to me. CTVC has always treated my animals with great care as if they were their own. My doggies both get super… excited when we pull into the CTVC parking lot. They absolutely love going to the vet for checkups and spa days. The staff is top notch!

I was happy with my visit back in February for my two dogs but I did feel the pricing was very high - as compared to other vet I used when I lived somewhere else. The reason I will not be bringing my dogs back due to poor communication and feeling that they are only out for money. I submitted an order to restock my dogs heart worm, flea, and tick medication and it was declined. I called and asked why and was told it was because my dogs were due for their annual visit in a little over 4 months. I explained I understood that and I had already scheduled their annual visit in February (at my last visit

They have very rude staff members, i had covid for two weeks and didn’t have a chance to bring my puppy to the vet and we finally made an appointment for him as we walked in one of the lady’s called my dog miserable cause he looked bad. For a fact that’s not any of her concern she just needs to check him acting like im paying them too judge.

I’d like to give CTVC a huge shoutout! My cat had an emergency yesterday and her regular vet said they don’t take walk ins so I was left with no other choice but to call around. I called CTVC next and they said bring her in. We were there in less than 20 minutes and they took her back the minute I walked in. Just having her in with the Dr. made me feel better, as I knew she needed emergency medical treatment. Unfortunately, we were not able to save her but I love the fact that they tried and were so professional with “the” conversation. I will be switching my other two cats to this vet

Positive: Professionalism, Responsiveness
I had to take my MIL's dog in as an emergency and luckily they were open till 7pm that night. Love their extended hours. And they were able to see us right away. They were very responsive to the dog's needs and were professional at all times. The staff is awesome! They did a great job!

I could not have had a better experience having our puppy seen for an emergency today! Chisholm Trail worked her in today when our regular vet said the earliest they could see her was Friday--5 days away. (!) Even though I wasn't a regular established client, they treated us so very well from the first phone call with Erica to the updates from Sarah and the report from Dr. Havermann. We will now be going exclusively to this clinic for all of our sweet puppy's needs. I am grateful! Thank you, Chisholm Trail!
