This is the best veterinary office. Everyone is nice, patient, and professional. Their prices are so reasonable, they never overcharge you, they never push you to spend more than you should and they always provide the best care for your pet. After 6 years today I had to change to a different vet because we moved 45 minutes away and I am so sad to have to say goodbye. If you live in the area and you are looking for a vet don’t think twice. Thank you for being amazing and for taking care of all of my pets.

We recently adopted a new dog and was having a very difficult time finding a vet without a four to six month waitlist for his first wellness appointment. One of the vets recommended that we call Animal Wellness and that was the best advice ever! They were able to see our dog within a few weeks, and took the time to get to know him and answer my many many many many questions! The entire staff was amazing, and they were incredibly patient with our very timid and shy dog. We are so glad that we found them and look forward to working with them for a long time in the future!

We switched to Animal Wellness of Skaneateles because one of our dogs had an ear infection and our old vet said they couldn't see her for at least a week. I certainly wasn't willing to let her suffer for a week, so we switched. They saw her right away and we've taken all three of our dogs here since. They're wonderful, including a recent emergency visit where our new puppy had eaten something she shouldn't and they worked her in immediately. Five out of five recommend.

The vet techs & Dr. Williams have always gone above and beyond to explain/answer any questions or results in regards to my dog. I’ve had a few dog parent panic moments (my dog ate chocolate cookies off the counter, UGH) and they were able to help via phone & explain why he would be unaffected due to size, etc. They have very fair pricing, and will always explain each item on the bill and what it was for. I convinced my mom and friend to switch to this vet! 10/10 recommend.

My family has been taking their dogs here for many years. Each individual employee at Animal Wellness is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, accommodating, and overall just wonderful. They always return your call. Couldn’t recommend this place enough and so grateful to have them taking care of our dogs :)

We have been taking our Boxers to Dr. Megan ever since she opened her own practice in Skaneateles. She has celebrated with us as we brought in our new puppies, made all arrangements to refer our “babies” to Cornell when they too sick to be treated by her, and cried with us as our beloved dogs had to be put to sleep. We just love Dr. Megan.
