Stack Veterinary Hospital
Stack Veterinary Hospital was started 110 years ago by Dr. Daniel Stack's grandfather. He worked out of his garage with the belief that this community deserved access to trusted veterinary care. Through the generations, Stack Veterinary Hospital expanded. In the 1950s, it became one of the most advanced hospitals in upstate New York.

Today, we are proud to advance that mantle. The legacy of Stack is in pioneering excellence. The medical standards we set here are rare. We think deeply about how to advance the field of veterinary medicine, and it is always because we believe this community deserves the best care there is. After all, we built this for you.
Services
Over 100 Years Of Pioneering Care Our team has built some of the highest quality veterinary hospitals in the world. Very safe and professional, all staff followed strict COVID-19 protocols and made the entire process extremely easy from Check In to Check Out. Dr Snakard was expedient, thorough, and truly puts your pet's needs at the top of the list, no matter what prognosis she delivers.

Absolutely wonderful staff. They’ve done wonderfully with my dog and we’re amazing at handling my kitten. She was brought in after an accident and they did everything they could to save her. When it was time to let her go, they were compassionate and kind. I always feel welcome there and know to expect amazing care.

For many people their pets are family. My dog needs a repair to his knee. I couldn't have asked for more knowledgeable and caring Dr. and staff. I have every confidence that with their care he will be as good as new soon.

Stack has been extremely helpful with my cat who broke his leg. It had been 6 days and no one was willing to take him in until Stack called and asked if I could bring him in ASAP. Dr. Snakard showed me a diagram of a cat's leg bones along with the x-rays, fully giving me an understanding of what actually happened to my cat.
Sadly, the best solution for my cat's situation was amputation but I'm grateful to the people at Stack for helping him get through this.

The Stack Vet team seems to get better each time I see them, which is amazing. Absolutely EVERYONE is phenomenal. They treat me well.
But, more importantly, they treat my little girl well. I've had vets
where my dog (older, since passed) trembled in fear every time she went to their offices. Every dog I saw was as happy going in, as they
were coming out. That says it all.

Doing a great job trying to help my sister's cat. Poor thing has been dealing with a bad ear infection for 3 years. Trying to work with my sister who is disabled and on a fixed income. But also has her cats best interest and quality of life. Keeping her pain free, comfortable and looking for a way to make a more permanent solution. They really are great people there

Maddie loves it! She doesn't hover in the corner or by the door counting the minutes 'til she can leave. I can't say enough good things about all aspects of this hospital.
