As a realtor in the Cashiers Highlands NC area, I have recommended Hotel Cashiers to many of my clients who come to town to look for property. Every single one of my clients rave about their experience at Hotel Cashiers. Its super clean, mountain modern, conveniently located and fun! They have a cool lobby shop that you can pick up a bottle or two of wine and enjoy there or take it with you. The owners are on sight a good bit and always accommodating to their guest. Highly recommend for your next Cashiers visit!!

So this Hotel was recommended as a place to stay at a wedding we were attending in nearby Glenville. At first, we missed the check-in spot, because it's part of a strip mall in front of the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful, no problem checking in and they had water and snacks offered at the front desk. Parking is in front of your room, which is honestly more Motel than Hotel. The decor of the room was what seemed to be Mountain Dorm Room, with everything very open and airy, but not practical. There were no dressers to store clothes in (I like to unpack my suitcase) and the closet

After having dined on Pizza we promptly decided to look for a nice place to spend the night. Not much thought went into location a suitable abode for the night but we lucked out with a room at Hotel Cashiers. Keyless entry and checkin was so smooth! We didn't have to do a formal check in and the room was perfect, elegant and just three miles from Sapphire Ski Resort also reasonably priced on short notice. There as a flat screen TV, coffee maker, the floors were faux tiles and it was spic clean. Liked the bathroom too. Couldn't have asked for more. A vacant parking

Fabulous general manager, Daniel, very helpful over the phone leading up to our stay. Location is beyond convenient, situated on a hill over a bunch of great restaurants. Pet friendly. Stylishly decorated. Outdoor area for eating meals and lounging. Great stay during COVID as everything was keyless, no need to check in and out at reception, very clean, etc. Will return!

Wanting a quick getaway, we took a friend's advice to check out this great little hotel. WOW!
First of all, the location is perfect. We found the staff to be unbelievably accommodating and easy to work with. The touchless check in process worked like a charm, and was exactly as described in the welcome email that we received the day of our arrival.
The rooms are very well appointed, with a number of pleasant touches ranging from snacks to robes to throw blankets. The mattresses were very comfortable and are, actually, better than anything I have found in my usual Marriott full-service

Great little spot in the mountains! Went to Cashiers to visit friends and we found this place after a quick search. The manager was very helpful and was able to give us room access after hours which was super helpful and convenient. The rooms were so cute and clean, and the location was great, which made everything so easy! We will definitely be back and recommend staying here! Thank you!

I was pleasantly surprised when I checked into this hotel over labor day weekend. What a gem! I stay in alot of hotels and this is one of the cutest I have been in. It seems they have new owners and I stayed in one of their newly remodeled rooms. Super chic, but relaxing, comfortable and super clean. Another plus, which may seem minor, was that the property has the best cell signal in town. It meant that I could stay connected to things back home when I needed to without worry which is always my biggest pain when I visit the otherwise beautiful area. Keep up the good work, will be back!

I had called this place multiple times due to bad service and that's understandable. However, that was not the case for this 1 star review (should be 0). I was trying to book a room as soon as I arrived to Cashiers Village Inn and nobody was in the front lobby. I called the same number back and still couldn't understand him so we asked if he could just come to the Inn. I'm literally right outside the office. So I asked him if he could come out and just let us pay out to quicken the process and he gave me an attitude. Then he said he'll be there in 20 minutes and when I questioned

We had a great experience! Room was clean and comfortable, everything was perfect. The rooms have great sound barriers, as we have an infant who cries several times a night and the folks next door were surprised to see him in the morning. Best of all was Chad, the Inn Keeper who answered our late night call as we had been double booked at a cabin in Wolf Mountain. He came back to meet us and personally walked us to our room. He also took the time to answer some questions about Cashiers and gave us some suggestions on eateries and site seeing. I would not only highly recommend this place to

This so called Inn is one of my worst experiences with the hotel industry. Our room was not made up and there was no one on the property as Chad, the innkeeper had gone for the day. We did not have clean towels, the beds were unmade and the coffee was not replaced. NOthing had been done to this room! When I confronted the innkeeper, he said none of this was true and did not offer to compensate us for this error. Never again!

My wife and I spent 3 days here and was pleasantly surprised. Great location and close to everything around Cashiers. The hotel was very clean and rooms nicely decorated. It was very quiet and peaceful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Besides all this, the price was reasonable. We would absolutely come back and stay here.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! When we arrived all was well but on day 3 the woman who was housekeeping began to complain about doing her job which was housekeeping. If that is your job why are you getting mad about doing it the room was not dirty I would have cleaned it myself but you are paying money for a reason aren't you? Second, they don't care if you have a do not disturb sign on your door. They will come in whether it's on there or not. Somebody even tried to come in while I was sleeping as if they can't read. Worst experience ever.
