Awful experience with this apartment complex. We moved in into a brand new apartment and had issues with water smelling terrible (were told to let it run for a while - smell went away a week later: if you knew about the problem why wouldn’t you let the water run before renters move in?!). Had to complain multiple times to the office about poor sound isolation - nothing was done as a result for 4 months I couldn’t sleep in master bedroom as I would here neighbor’s tv, play station or them yelling at each other.
