Leasing office ladies are pleasant to work with. Best part is maintenance. I have lived here about a year now and every time I need maintenance to come out they are there same day and if it needs replaced they replace it same day. We currently live in the brand new community called Kenmore Place Marysville Ohio. We have regretted moving into this poorly constructed building from the first week. Besides hearing every stomping footstep, constant rough housing above us and the huge lack of courtesy the management does not seem to care either. We have sent emails and made phone calls with no change what so ever. From 5 am until 10 at night we are living miserable. If you want to overpay for the exterior appearance of a nice community go ahead and join us! Watch your step though because nobody seems to pick up after their dogs

First when we move in apartment dirty as hell didn’t clean up after the last Renter then when contacted about it they said sorry it wasn’t up to your standard with claim they replaced the carpet but got it clean before moving in and the water was black then they hang up on you when you call about issues plus harass you about parking as seen in pics im not parked in a no parking without permit and still threatening to tow cars this place And management is trash don’t move here

We enjoyed living at the apartment complex. There was an issue when we moved out and were sent an itemized list of charges. Please understand that you, as the tenant, are expected to leave the apartment in exactly the same condition as when you moved in. If you do not carpet clean the carpets, you will be charged. If you do not clean the oven inside...you will be charged ($30!). They do provide you with a move-out guideline but they can charge for additional cleaning by using the section of the lease that states "Unit must be left in the same condition as when you moved in". We left a clean apartment

Applied with this company, and was made to believe that I would get a home for 2 weeks. Jessica and Keirsten were great, although Keirsten did lead me on to believe my financials did make the requirements! But all that was washed away when I spoke with Tammy. She was very rude! Wouldn’t let me get a sentence in without interrupting me. Being a single mom isn’t easy, but I proved I could afford my lease. But Tammy did not care, she brought up me making a poor decision to keep a lost dog on my back porch for a couple of days to find it a home as a reason to not give me a home. But all in all

My family and I have been at The Woods at Perry Lane for almost three years. We love it here! The apartment is spacious and very nice! If we have any problems maintenance is quick to fix it. Jeffrey and Jessica are very professional and always there to help! It really is a great place to live.

I have lived in my Ardent property now for nearly 3 months and I have been 100% pleased with the service, professionalism, friendliness and value. On my first day in my apt I had a minor issue with the door and the maintenance man arrived in less than 30 minutes and took care of it perfectly. I love the gym and the coffee in the communal area. I have made some new friends and I look forward to meeting more nice neighbors as the weather gets better.

We have lived in the Ardent community for almost two years and have LOVED our experience to say the least! The apartments are affordable but still offer a plethora of well maintained amenities. Maintenance has always been punctual as they often respond to calls that day or the next.
Finally, we love the Leasing Office workers! They are always friendly, welcoming and helpful.

We used to live in an Ardent Community back in 2015 (Monroe House), and were so bummed when the new management took over because Ardent really takes care of their residents.
My fiance and I currently live at the Woods at Perry Lane, and couldn't have asked for a better apartment. The management team is super communicative, friendly, and personable. Plus I absolutely love the clubhouse/fitness center. Can't wait for the pool to open!

Ardent Properties are a great place to live, they allow pets and their units have dishwasher and ac. The unit also has a washer dryer hook up that is very nice. The communty is clean and friendly and parking isn't an issue if you don't mind walking every now and then a few hundred feet. The only issue that I have with this is Snow Removal, residents are responsible for snow removal and ice removal and I would say this shouldn't be the case.
Other than that my experience here has been very good so far.

When we came, none of the properties trusted us at first. Ardent Community and workers were very helpful, supportive and respectful. They gave us a chance, accepted our application and answered all questions, even if they were repetitive. Also, Sawmill Ravine office workers are extremely gentle. Whenever I go to the office with my children, girls treat them kindly. Apartments are super cozy and very close to the main stores. Highly appreciate to all who want a comfortable apartment, plus appropriate payment, nice neighborhood and pretty close to all stores and restaurant.
