The staff is amazing from the ladies at the office to the maintenance techs. Any issues (few and far between) get handled in a prompt and appropriate amount of time. Communication is great. Nice pool and just installed a beautiful new patio area this fall, so excited to use the new grill this summer.

I love this place this place. The office staff were so welcoming and professional. The apartments are clean and very well cared for. Their maintenance man very nice and was knowledgeable . He was able any questions I had as well. After visiting these apartments I have no need to look any where else. The staff were just great that makes a difference to me!

Started looking for an apartment about a month ago. Came across Polaris Crossing and setup an appointment to visit the property. Arrived early into area and called and spoke to Grace, the Community Manager, to see if I could come before my appointment. She said yes and I came early and took a tour and completed all the paperwork for the application process. Grace was great in handling everything and explaining what was included in the price. I moved in recently and had to put in a work order and Grace had it promptly taken care that day. I’m glad I choose Polaris Crossing.

Happy I chose this as my home! Great respectful neighbors and staff that actually care. This is such a great area to be in with so much to do around us. They by far have the best maintenance crew. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Polaris Crossing is amazing because it doesn’t feel like apartment living. It feels like a home or condo, it has a neighborhood feel where you can interact with neighbors or keep to yourself. It's pet friendly and feels safe when you are out and about for a jog or with pets day or night. The staff, both office and maintenance, are very responsive and friendly. Would highly recommend!

Overall it's a comfortable place to live, with a management staff that cares about doing their job. The location and community are another big selling point for me as well. Great for people who prefer this style living over buying a house.
