Services
Elledge Counseling Associates began as a group of Christian professionals with a heart to provide quality Christian counseling to the community. Together the professionals of ECA have a combined total of over 75 years of experience working with clients. We believe in what we do. We believe that when people work to make positive change that good things come of it.
The number of sessions that will benefit you depends on the goals you have for therapy. After you meet with your counselor the two of you will work together to address your concerns and move toward the growth and change that you desire. Most people begin coming on a weekly basis at the beginning so that they can really focus on on the change they seek and taper off as they meet their goals.
We do not take your trust lightly and your counselor is looking forward to meeting you. 4. If sessions are online, please discuss with your counselor how your forms will be transmitted to them before your first appointment. Play is a child's natural way of communicating and is their first language. In play children communicate what has happened, is happening, or is wished to happen. Toys are used as words and play is the language. Play therapy allows children the opportunity to communicate to their counselor in their first and most comfortable language.
