Services
It has been my privilege to walk alongside many clients on their journey towards whole-person wellness in my five years as a counselor. I believe every person is made up of mind, body, and soul; and that the most effective therapy addresses all three. My graduate training in psychological theories and evidenced-based interventions inform the way I address the mental/behavioral aspect of counseling.
