Our guest rooms offer flat screen TV's with DVD player and surround sound, bed massagers, mini fridge, coffee maker, zoned heat/AC, phone with private voicemail, WiFi, Hundreds of DVD's to borrow and bags of popcorn, bath salts, fireplace, Jacuzzi tub, travertine stone bath, and more.

Big southern views, bigger TV's, Bigger Jacuzzi tubs or private hot tub, bigger sitting areas. If you think a suite is a little out of your price range, we recommend staying in and ordering a pizza and bringing some wine to offset the cost of going out to dinner.

I loved this bud and breakfast! The staff were very attentive to our needs, wants, and desires! The food was fantastic. It was a tremendous experience, and I will definitely be staying here again. I want to thank the whole Arrowhead family for such excellent hospitality. I would give it ten stars if I could.

This was our second stay at Arrowhead Manor. The facility is beautiful, extremely well maintained, and incredibly comfortable. We arrived amidst a snowfall which added to the storybook feel. The check-in process is a little awkward, but we got where we needed to be! Breakfast - which we opted for on two of the mornings - was made to order and delicious. Our hosts were very friendly and welcoming. We’ll be back!

Don’t get me wrong, the house is absolutely beautiful. The price you pay to stay… is not worth it. The highway is so loud day and night and you can hear the cars in you room all hours of the night. The rooms are not what they are advertised. We had the lions room and it was small, always over 80 degrees, the shower was moldy, found multiple bugs everyday. I hope you don’t want any sleep because the bed is absolutely horrible, like sleeping on some plywood, with no comforter. The hot tub was absolutely discussing!!! Great little hidden gem of a B&B near Red Rocks. If you are doing a concert, this is your spot. There is a shuttle to and from the venue that is an additional cost but well worth it. You definitely want the breakfast the next morning, and get whatever the special is. The rooms are small (we opted to save money and stayed in Shorty’s Room), but very cozy (and kinda wild 😜 see pic). The staff was very engaging and friendly. I give four stars only for small things that could be improved on, and would give 4.5 if I could. Instructions for checking in, etc were spot on. For the value, this is for

My husband and I were given a wedding gift from my kids to stay at this B&B Inn. From our arrival last evening, which was very warm and welcoming, our room (the Lion's Room) to the amenities and wonderful hot tub and most comfortable bed ever (away from home) to the OUTSTANDING and delicious homemade fresh breakfast, cookies and popcorn/movies (Thank you Eric and helpers), we have zero complaints. It was the perfect Staycation. And the views... breathtaking.
Our only regret is that It was not long enough and we plan to return again very soon. We loved our stay. Thank you for making our stay Wonderful

Scary and Demonic energy!!! We came for our anniversary and had a massage scheduled. The furniture is very outdated and the pictures feel as if they are watching you. The King's room was dirty and the jet tub smelled like sewage. There was a weird closet door that only locks on the outside so anyone can come in on us from the hallway. CREEPY!! There are glass windows with curtains on the outside so anyone can look into your room from the scary closet door.
We left for dinner reservations and when we came back the house was completely dark. We quickly grabbed our bag and went home to sleep

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Both my boyfriend and I were so excited to stay in this location because of how the reviews were. We booked the hotel first, on my boyfriends credit card and that night he was flagged for fraud ($100). We didn't think anything of this so the next day i called and booked our massage. The following day I was charged for fraud ($347.00) and got a new credit card. We didn't think that this was a coincidence because I was never charged at the Arrowhead Manor (i was under the assumption they were just keeping my card on file) so we didn't jump

Quite impressed with this venue. First of all, in person contact is limited and COVID protocols are in place. Secondly, we are experiencing a lovely stay (four days total) beginning with our hosts Marguerite and James ensuring we are fully briefed about all amenities included. Quiet, peaceful and amazing views from our private deck. I simply cannot express adequately how pleased I am for selecting this gem on the advice of our local nephew.

This spot is not serving meals. They want to charge you for coffee. The room we stayed in was dirty. The light switches that were supposed to be white were black with dirt. There was trash in the room from the last people that stayed and there was crumbs all over the coffee table. The bathroom sink also leaks every time you use it. This place has a super cool vibe but with the covid going on they lack lots of cleaning. I was very disappointed for the money we spent. I actually contacted them via email to let them know and no response. So that shows me that they do not care what their b&b looks

We were going to red rocks first time for a concert, and thought a hotel near it would be great. I looked on line and found several specialty inns near the amphitheater. The one with extremely good reviews was Arrowhead manor. Their website indicated that it was very luxurious and exclusive, it also implied that booking was first come first booked. **Consider yourself warned if you consider booking at this establishment. I am writing a detailed account of my challenges here in the hope others can avoid the amount of time and energy I have had to waste.**
I booked this hotel to see an event pre-COVID and unfortunately that event was cancelled so all other travel was cancelled as a result. I have had a couple of other hotels at least allow for a voucher or rebook but the ownership here is claiming it is safe to travel, as if that is their choice to make for me and my family!

I booked a room for December of 2020 - almost a year in advance. After I booked it, I found out that this was a "420" BNB. I have a medical condition and cannot be around ANY smoke whatsoever. When I called to cancel, I was not allowed to do so over the phone. When I sent over the e-mail cancellation, the owners literally sent me 3 separate e-mails saying "Are you sure you want to cancel?" After I explained my medical situation, they still kept sending e-mails staying "are you sure?"

Such a terrible place and complete waste of time and money. Staff was completely unhelpful. No internet whatsoever, they had direct tv but must have deactivated any and all movies. No free on demand or rentals. They have many dvds but all are old and lame.
The room itself stunk horrible of cigarettes, which they tried to cover up with an intense air freshener (which was also unbearable).
Jetted tub worked but spit out leaves and dirt when I first tried it. TV and stereo took a lot of effort to get working. And bed felt old, warn out and uncomfortable.

I will be sure to have all the wedding guests, post on social media the same courtesy you have shown to the bride and groom. The weather is too bad for anyone to drive, 170 is closed and I hope if your family was to drive in this someone would be smart enough to stop them. Its all about the money for you. Social media will expose you and your selfish antics and you should be ashamed of yourself. I am also calling the news to let them know as this is wrong on every level.

I just read all the reviews and they are not wrong but I think some are a little harsh. Yes the door is locked in the front and you have to be buzzed in but is that not just good security. Once you are in they give you a code to the side door so you can come and go as you please. They guys that work there are very pleasant and accommodating and the house is beautiful and so are the views. Yes the room could have been cleaner, yes the rooms got a little warm for my liking, yes it would be nice if they did a cocktail hour or something. So this is my second time staying at arrowhead (I thought i already wrote a review) the first time was to celebrate my partners birthday and the second is to celebrate our 3 year anniversary! I absolutely love this place! I wouldn't celebrate such important events here if I didn't! Let me start with the jacuzzi that has a spectacular view into the mountain! It makes you feel like you're in a dream ! I have stayed in 11 other bed & breakfast and never had such prompt and efficient service! This is your place to go wether it's for a special occasion or you want to treat yourself

Be very careful with these folks. Marguerite and James make up their own rules on returning deposits. I canceled with a three week notice, and they kept my deposit for two nights, $361. NO other hotel or B&B would do that! Three weeks notice is PLENTY of time . Then yesterday when I informed them I was filing a complaint with the BBB, they immediately charged my credit card another $361! Why did they wait? Revenge? Reported to the BBB and proceeding with legal action to get my money back. Also noted on every bad review he owners tried to say everything bad was not true! Seriously:)) Almost

Arrowhead Manor does a lot to build expectations. The website pictures are fetch. The intro email goes on about "5-star Luxuries, Amenities, and Services". But the build-up made our disappointment, which would have been acute anyway, excruciating.
Here's a partial list of the shortcomings my wife and I experienced during our two-night stay:
- Guests are greeted by a locked front door and someone garbling through a speaker. The front door is for employees only.
- They did buzz us in. But nobody was there to check us in. After a few minutes a guy came by to show us to our room

Laid back yet very professional staff that welcomes you at the home. The decor and exterior surroundings are solid, rustic yet exquisite. This venue is all about accommodations. Provides an excellent setting weather it's a business meeting, retreat, or a wedding. We opted for the elopement package which was more than affordable and will remember this beautiful home and humble host the rest of our lives. Will be back for sure. Nothing at all bad to say about this business.

Kind of weird. Like most of the other reviews we found this place strange and moved on. Walked it for our wedding. Owners wife Margaritte, seemed pretentious and just down right rude. Could not imagine staying here with her looking at us like a hawk. I am thinking from the reviews, bed and breakfast might not have been a good career choice for these two.
