I find lots of details in Shilpa's class that one can't get anywhere else like YouTube. Her instructions are safe and alignment based and has helped me get rid of my hip and knee pain. Her online classes also help me to keep up with my schedule to continue yoga weekly. Shilpa is a warm-hearted, genuine, and knowledgeable yoga teacher.

Her class always has a wonderful, positive energy. Shilpa's online yoga classes are fun, time saving and distraction free. She provides variations to the poses that I find very interesting. I like the time management as no time is wasted in between the poses so it is a good session in a short amount of time.

Peace Yoga instructor Shilpa is a great yoga teacher who has learned from great teachers. I did in-person classes with Shilpa prior to the COVID pandemic and am now doing virtual classes with her. She is kind and very knowledgeable about yoga, meditation, and related topics and welcomes questions, discussions, and the joy of practicing yoga.

When I moved to Washington, I was so nervous about finding a new yoga teacher. I was in Vancouver, WA when I finally found a teacher who seemed to do vinyasa yoga. He told me to go up north and there I found Shilpa! She's a spectacular teacher. Patient, kind, grounding, and motivating I am grateful to practice with her on Sunday mornings.
