Be One Yoga
We have recently transitioned to a new platform WellnessLiving. We are a community brought together through the practice of yoga. It is our goal to welcome each student from all walks of life to feel safe and welcome, whether you are brand new to yoga, or a well seasoned student. As instructors and students of yoga ourselves, we are passionate and dedicated to maintaining the highest level of personal practice and study.

We strive to offer safe, high quality programs that compliment students of all ages, experience and physical capability. Let your practice take flight! Come experience how gravity can assist in strengthening, healing and creating joy in our aerial yoga swings! Restore, replenish and relax. We are pleased to offer massage services as the perfect complement to your yoga practice, promoting overall health and well being.
Services
An adaption of the classic 26 posture sequence that includes breathing exercises. Hatha systematically works the entire body to increase strength, flexibility, balance and stamina. The room is heated to warm the muscles in preparation for a safer stretch and to aid in the release of toxins. A great class for those just beginning hot yoga.
No preregistration is required to attend hot or warm classes but please do arrive 15-20 minutes early for your first class, allowing time for paperwork, set up and to ask any questions you might have. Sun Studio is zonally heated (95°-110°). Be prepared to SWEAT. It is common for newer students to occasionally experience a light headed, dizzy and/or nauseous feeling during their first few classes.
Be One Yoga offers yoga classes specifically designed for children! While practicing yoga, children exercise, play, connect more deeply with the inner self, and develop an intimate relationship with the natural world that surrounds them. Yoga brings that marvelous inner light that all children have to the surface.
Yoga has been practiced for thousands of years, and millions of Americans are currently enjoying its health benefits. Yoga is an effective, low impact form of exercise that involves integration of every muscle, organ and cell of the body, bringing balance to body and mind. When yoga is combined with heat, muscles in the body soften and become more pliable.
Each Aerial Yoga Series is designed for beginners, building a foundation to take your step by step to the next level of fun! Aerial Yoga Play allows a combination of benefits similar to aerial yoga, Pilates, suspended resistance training, acrobatics, and dance all rolled into one for an amazing suspended fitness experience.

First visit, on the first day of brand new ownership! This yoga studio is so awesome! The space is huge and beautiful, professional flooring unlike any other yoga studio I’ve ever practiced in, quality heat, good vibes, great instruction.
Tracy, the brand new owner taught an awesome class and although I was just passing through town, I could tell there were tons of cool events and energy around the studio. I met other students, other teachers who were practicing in class. Great community.

I called early this morning to make an appt for a massage with Nan for Friday on my Birthday. The receptionist called me this afternoon to cancel my appt because of "scheduling conflicts" and says theres nothing else available this week except with another person. I said no I want to schedule with Nan as she was highly recommended. She continues to push other times and dates with other people. I said no I want to stick with Nan. So then she says you can go online to reschedule for next week then.
I then asked her what the conflict is and she said that Nan will be focusing more on yoga

Amazing yoga place. They offer lavender towels during the resting period at the end of yoga which comes in clutch after a tough workout. Elena is by far my favourite instructor, she is very understanding and accommodating.

This is my go to Yoga Home. It is genuine, friendly and clean. The lavender towel is refreshing to wrap my hands clean after a sweaty and hard working class. There are plenty of parking for everyone. Thank you for being part of the neighborhood.

I LOVE this studio. They have so many classes a day that it’s simple to fit yoga into your schedule.
They’re also incredibly nice, and helpful. I wake up early just for Hatha with Kim!

Hand down the BEST yoga studio in King County! I've been to many yoga studios in Seattle, Kirkland and Redmond, Be One is not only my favorite studio, but also many others' first choice that I chatted with. The studio has a great ambiance, always clean and smells nice. Awesome merchandise including a local yoga wear brand. They also sell manduka at a reasonable price, so I would highly recommend you check their prices before buying Manduka items online.
Be One has many variety of classes, including Vinyasa, sculpt, Hatha, Dharma Wheel, and other workshops that you don't see anywhere else close

I stumbled across this place when I was looking for a hot yoga studio to go to during a four week visit to my daughter in Kirkland. I have been to six hot Hatha yoga classes so far and love, love, love, what it has done to my body and spirit. The staff is welcoming and warm, the atmosphere is calm and accepting, the studio and facilities are clean and inviting and the teachers are professional and gentle. What more can anyone ask for? I highly recommend this place and intend to return to it any time I am back in Kirkland.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this studio! I'm brand new to yoga, but went in for the hot yoga to help me get warm in these chilly winter months! :) Good news, I'm warm, and hooked!! The people at the studio are wonderful - practicing yogis and teachers alike!! Hadn't finished the 1 month trial before I signed up for the reoccurring monthly subscription! I also really love that the floor in the hot studio is a bit soft with just the right amount of give to it :)
Yoga can be SO intimating to start up, but these guys just made me feel welcome and great every time I leave - no matter how much of the class I spend

I have been coming here for about 9 months now. I have taken Vinyasa and Hatha courses. Previously, I took classes at Root 2 Rise Yoga in Woodinville, and I had also taken courses at a few different locations in Arizona.
This is by far the best Yoga studio I have ever been to. Their instructors are excellent and offer tips for improving your practice throughout each lesson. In addition, they are always available for questions before and after class. They are invested in their students practice, and super welcoming to all. I have enjoyed Yoga, but have never been able to get in the regular habit

The studio is really nice I had purchased a new student special $20 for one month unlimited. Sad to say I didn't use it to the fullest extent.
But the studio is gorgeous and really cool that they have other classes such as aerial yoga which one day I will attempt.

I did a 7:30am Hatha Yoga with Laura today and had a wonderful experience! My booking was through Class Pass but you don't have to make reservations for the hot yoga classes ahead of time. I got there a little early and Laura welcomed me in, got me settled and showed me around. The class was smaller which I liked- only 4 people and the instructor. To start, this place is very welcoming and clean. There's a aromatherapy infused in the main check in area and the restroom which is always a nice touch. The hot yoga room I practiced in was heated to around 105 I believe- hottest yoga I&apos

Great location, great parking, and beautiful lobby & rooms. Was greeted warmly and shown around with enthusiasm. Would recommend anyone to try out this studio. Special thanx to Elena for connecting and asking questions to see what classes best suit the individuals needs.
My only criticism is the classes called "Hatha" confuses me as I expected traditional. Loved the classes and open dynamic. Adjusted quickly and enjoyed every class.

Awesome classes here. The temperature is great and there are even spots in the room that are less hot than others which is great if you're wanting to choose a different temperature each time. You can tell that many of the people in class are pretty fit and young. They have a great deal for first time clients.

*Prenatal Review*
This is the best prenatal class in the area- mostly due to the knowledge and pregnancy/birth expertise of instructor, Anna. I have taken her classes for three of my pregnancies and continue to learn about the amazing things women's bodies do to create new life, and things we can do to support our changing bodies. Classes are adaptable for all levels of ability. When not pregnant I prefer weightlifting or HIIT workouts, but during pregnancy I find that the small movements, stretching, breath-work, and posture focus of this class are very beneficial during pregnancy, labor

I joined classpass and recently went to another studio for a Slow Flow class, so I was excited to experience this one since it's so close to home.

After filling out a release form, Ruth gave me a tour. The ladies lounge is beautiful and modern, as well as the massage room and front desk area where they sell beverages and retail merchandise.

On the app it said they offer lockers....they do not. There are cubby holes instead and I reluctantly left my things there...I'm always apprehensive and if I return, I'll leave everything in my car.

The description states it's a "

Highly recommend this studio! I've been here twice through ClassPass and I really enjoy it. The studio is spacious and has a mirror. The floors are an interesting material that is somewhat soft. There are locker rooms with cubbies, toilets, and showers.

And, wait for it, at the end of class you get a cold, wet lavender washcloth! Mind=blown! Exactly what I need after an hour of sweating.

I have been coming to Be One Yoga intermittently (and now regularly) since they opened their doors. If the prospect of a Five Guys right next door seems improbable and perhaps tantalizing to you (as it did me)-relax-the smell doesn't permeate. That aside, this is the most fantastic yoga studio I have ever practiced in. From the calming ambiance, to the open changing rooms, to the comfortable post-yoga lounge area, to the sincerity and friendliness of the staff and students, you gain a real sense of community. Be One Yoga has a variety of instructors, and this is awesome because when you blend their

Review for Massage Only:

I am a spa snob! I live and die by the hydrotherapy, cucumber water, and plush robes. Sadly I was in a pinch (harrr puns) after my shoulder was giving me pain from overuse, and I needed a massage ASAP!

Chuck got me in the same day, and I was able to pay and book online! This made it simple and easy to get in and out! The rates are competitive with other massage parlors (if not a bit cheaper) in the area, and the rooms/sheets are clean, as well as the therapists are licensed and knowledgable. (Which is actually something you have to worry about at reflexology

I've been coming here infrequently for the past 14 months.

I love that the facility is new, they have showers and large locker room, and flooring in the studio. I've been to other studios with carpet which is gross.

Their hot yoga is not as hot as other studios, but still hot, which is fine with me. The instructors are nice and I'm comfortable practicing yoga here. The environment is supportive and nurturing to your practice. I first started doing hot yoga at the Ashram in Kirkland in 2010, I think I only went for a couple months. The yoga there was good, but I referred to the

I went here for the one month trial period, I think it was one month unlimited for $20. I really enjoyed it. The staff was friendly and helpful. The place looks nice and clean. There was enough varying temperature spots in the room, that you got a choice of hot your workout was. They have different kinds of yoga and many teachers! The instructors actually teach you how to do yoga and will help you do the moves properly. I love when they walked us through difficult moves and would walk around to make sure we were doing, whichever variation we chose, correctly. Definitely worth checking out. If I
