Absolutely wonderful experience! The atmosphere just walking in the door was so inviting. Keith and his daughter Courtney are likely to be two of the first friendly faces you’ll see and they are wonderful, such big personalities and big hearts to go with them. Doctor Patel was who my 8 year old and I saw and she was also incredibly! Obviously knowledgeable, but personable and honestly quite hilarious! Best all around optometrist and eye care professional experience I’ve ever had!

Very clean, top-notch optical store with a variety of designer frames, knowledgeable staff, and thorough eye exam. The owner, Keith set me up for a contact lens fitting and eye exam with the on-site optometrist and I was surprised by my cost savings for contact lenses. I also get a tons of compliments on the frames he selected for me, which is a nice bonus...I'm glad I found this place!

I was very impressed with Keith and WNY Family Eyecare. Although I found his costs to be very competitive, I was most impressed with his professionalism, efficiency, and care. I have lived all over the country and been to many different eyecare centers. This was by far the easiest, friendliest, and most professional experience I have ever had. Even during this Covid19 lock-down, his service was excellent and hassle free. I highly recommend WNY Family Eyecare.

Yes I have worked with Keith. at lenscrafters. now. I will only go and see him for. optical. needs. I also. worked. with the. Dr. Dr Miller. she. gave me the best example. And. found my problem. and. gave me. the right script. I went. the day before to another Dr. that. script. was. way off. What is nice. they stand. behind. the. glasses. And. The Dr script. with in a matter of a reasonable time. I am happy now
