I came in for my initial appointment with Dr. Bench on 12/17/21. I was so pleased with his staff because they were so friendly. Dr. Bench has a great sense of humor and made my experience fun. I appreciated the laughs. The optician was so fabulous and knowledgeable. I chose a frame and tint combo that screams BOSS! I can't wait until they arrive! I had a great experience and would recommend Niagara Falls Eye Care to everyone.

Very friendly and professional. Have extreme difficulty with my vision though neglected and repeated warnings from the optometrist through the past 7 years. Yet the doctor was understanding yet firm about me wearing my glasses 👓 to protect myself from future digression. Hats off to Dr Bench and his fantastic staff
