I waited a year to write this review. My first boat. Has it been perfect? No. However the sales, service, and parts have been all that I could have hoped for especially during the past year. I can get parts in days and have them shipped to my home. Pre-sales support was second to none. And the service group are a sound group. I would recommend Hannay's.

I brought my boat in to Hannay's service department for two issues.
1: The starter would engage for only a couple turns then begin to make a loud grinding noise.
2: Motor struggled at full throttle; power output was less than 50%.
They claimed that re-building the carbs would resolve both issues. Afterwards I took my boat out for a test run and both issues were still present, and in addition it wouldn't idle without stalling. So I brought it back and they said it was a timing issue. I then took it out for another test run. I still had a hard time getting it to start, it idled fine, however it

This Marine store is very nice and clean. People at the parts counter are helpful they tend to have what you need about 60% of the time! but they will order it and get it shortly if they don't have it! Shop there probably two or three times a year always can find parking, have a great display of boats and motors for you too check out. Will continue to shop here in the future

Stopped in to talk w/ someone in regards to possibly ordering a Bass Cat boat, met w/ Tim Emanuel.... He spent 2 hrs on friday afternoon and another 3 hrs. on Saturday morning helping Me through the process. Tim took the time to make sure that I got what I wanted on this boat, He was awesome at solving any issues during the process & could not have been nicer!!
