I can't recommend COR pilates enough. Not only is she incredibly supportive but my body has never felt better. As a former runner and a rider I've sustained some injuries I thought I'd just have to live with but this has helped to fix the imbalances causing pain. Corrine works hard to create a community and I'm grateful to be a part of it
