I worked with Shantanu from the Stem Lending team for our refinance after reaching out to two other agencies. Stem lending was organized, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. We recently closed on a house using Shantanu Sharma from Stem lending as a mortgage broker. It was a FHA 203k construction loan which made it way more complicated and Shantanu was fast and responsive multiple times a day around the clock and was highly professional through the ups and downs. He is an extremely well informed broker who made things easy for us to understand and was a great human being too! I'm not sure we would have made it through this beast of a process without him and we highly recommend him to our friends, family and neighbors!

I cannot recommend Jatin and Stem Lending enough, and I didn't even use him for my lender. Let me explain! I reached out to Jatin a few months ago when I was shopping for a loan for a new home purchase. Jatin provided an extremely competitive rate, and the only reason I went with another lender is because the other lender was from my area. However, Jatin kept in touch with me and a few weeks before my closing he reached out to me to say rates had dropped. He did not even try to get me to go with his rate, but he provided me an estimate that he said I could give to my current lender. The lender
