If the total value of non-ferrous material (copper, wire, scrap aluminum, etc) is over $20, by law we are required to hold your money for those materials for 3 business days unless you have a valid contractor's license or business license.You have the choice to either come back for cash or we can mail you a check.

Upon arrival our employees will assist in finding a parking location. Recyclable materials must be sorted before being accepted. Certain requirements are required; such as glass, where it is sorted by glass color of clear, green, or brown. Plastics are also required to be sorted by each labeled type (PET#1, HDPE#2, or #6).
CRV stands for California Refund Value or California Redemption Value. It's found on most beverage bottles and cans except for milk, hard liquor, wine, vegetable juices over 24 oz., and 100% fruit drinks over 32 oz. The CRV program was started in 1986 as a way to encourage recycling. Soap, food containers, paper juice boxes, and other non-beverage bottles are never subject to CRV.

This place is the best! I drive a little farther than my local one on Terra Bella, but it’s totally worth it Nine times out of ten the Terra Bella people just stand there while you’re dragging your bags from the car to some imaginary line and there’s very little/no effort to help you once you’re in there. But Danny’s is so different! You drive onto the lot and you’re immediately greeted by a worker with a couple bins to help you unload the stuff in your car. As soon as you open the door they start moving the stuff into the bins. They drag the bins to the machine, you get your receipt

The staff is extremely helpful and they even help unload if they're not too busy. It's easy to get in and out of the place and there's lots of parking. However, from time to time, it's hard to get back out again because of large trucks driving through to pick up and remove recycling from the facility. Danny's is a large organization and the facility is well-managed.

I highly recommend this recycling center!
I usually go somewhere else for recycling but this time I had so many bags of plastic bottles we wanted to go somewhere closer to us.
We drove in, we were approached right away, brought us a large container to get all our bottles in.. then another guy took it, weigh it, the clerk gave us the transaction paperwork, they have this "ATM" with a scanner, scanned the code and the money just comes out, again.. like an ATM, took our $62 and left!
Took me longer to write this comment then the time we spent there..
In and out in less then 30 minutes!! lol.

One of the worst recycling centers you can visit in Santa Clara County.
If you are looking for getting back your CRV that you paid for, then you will be treated with disrespect.
Kindly be expected to be deceived during every step of the process.
Also, the safety measures are zero, so please be careful when you visit this location.
Not sure if it is relevant but the location seem to be quite profitable considering the deceiving tactics set by the owners, I guess!
