I've been searching for an apartment for my U Penn daughter and close friend . I called several apartment buildings and William Holtz, Leasing Agent at Hamilton Court was amazing. I dm'd him on Wednesday and he called me within 5 minutes. He answered all of our questions and the next day, he followed-up with the available units with pricing and diagrams.
