This is a great apartment complex and by far one of the best ones I have lived at. The maintenance team is great and we never had an issue in our apartment. The office manager is very friendly and willing to assist with any issue you may have. In addition the units are modern with newer appliances and are pretty spacious.

Timbercreek Apartments in Clementon, New Jersey has been the home of my family for almost two years. The location of Timbercreek is perfect. Deptford Mall is not too far, the highway is very accessible and there are multiple food chains available. Alicia, the property manager is friendly and super knowledgeable. Other staff, such as maintenance- has always answered calls promptly and resolved issues in a timely manner. The best part: our apartment has new and up-to-date appliances, washer & dryer and balcony with a nice view. Residents are provided with key fobs. That helps me feel a little more

This is by far the best apartment complex I've lived in. It's close to a lot of stores and places to eat. The upgrades are beautifully done and the property is very well kept. The property manager is very pleasant and understanding. Lots of community activities throughout the year and a very nice gym. Safety is a plus! They have cameras outside of each building. The apartments are very spacious.

Pet accommodating apartments are nicely laid out with modern appliances. Area is away from street so not much noise from surrounding buildings. Property manager is professional, friendly and a quick responder. Maintenance manager is also friendly and willing to help you how ever he can. Would recommend to live there. I had to move out d/t needed more space for 2 dogs and girlfriend.

The apartments are beautiful and the community is a really great place to live. If you want to be isolated, you're able to do that but there are also community events in the clubhouse for residents to take advantage of if they like a more social lifestyle. The apartments are beautiful and upgraded. Any requests are quickly attended to and you will always see the head of maintenance walking around and maintaining the property and units. The property manager is always available and goes above and beyond for residents. There have been no surprises and I have zero complaints. I love living here and
