The size of the apartment and having a washer and dryer in the apartment are the ONLY reason I'd even give them 1 star. The office and management are completely incompetent.
To get anything fixed you have to argue with the office and threaten to not pay rent. It took 3 months to have a broken dryer replaced, only happened after I said I'd stop paying rent. It took 2 days to get a leak in my ceiling even looked at, a few weeks to completely fix. And as of today, my heat doesn't work and I'm on day 3 of waiting for even a response.

I have family that lives here. I visit often an there's good neighbors where they are. Everyone is thoughtful and help one another . I know when there's trash on the ground I pick it up an I seen others pick up trash as well. Good neighbors mean alot. Maintenance is always there when needed and everyone that we dealt with is always so nice. .

The staff is very unprofessional don't know how to speak to people and they never fix nothing just patch things up kitchen is outdated with bugs in the cabinet refrigerator is old and outdated and the stoves are trash caught on fire. The only thing they fix is the outside THE GRASS and these doors!!!!!! If I can give them a zero I would

I am not a tenant but I frequently visit. The only plus about this apartment complex is the landscape and the size of the units! Oh, and the downstairs neighbors are nice!
Management is unresponsive to customer concerns and complaints. There is need for constant exterminating and there are sewer/ plumbing problems. Routine maintenance and cosmetic upgrades are overlooked. They are priced much too high to not be better maintained!
