We lived at Cherrywood temporarily while waiting to move into a house we bought. We had an excellent experience and I highly recommend this apartment complex. Some residents were there temporarily but many were there permanently and they loved living there. The office staff was always friendly and patient.

Electric bill is so high. We had to pay around 400$ which is very high. That’s the reason why me and my sister had to live this place. I did not appreciate also the fact that customer service was rude. Overall great but I would not recommend because of the high electricity bill.

Basically the only nice apartment in Clementon. really nice atmosphere and neighbors. friendly staff. great general area. literally just moved here but I probably already will renew my lease next year

Excellent ease of move! And staff are excellent. I made my first official rent payment before time and there was an issue with click pay, Annemarie was attentive to my concerns and worked with me on a resolution. I work remotely so peace and quiet is of importance to me.

The staff is super friendly. Our apartment is perfect for us. We love it here. There are a lot of amenities. We use the dog park daily. The community is super friendly also.

Korman Residential at Cherrywood is a great place to live. The units are a good size. The grounds are well kept. The maintenance staff is great and the office personnel is also great. I would recommend Cherrywood apartments to anyone looking for a nice place to live.. All problems are resolved in short time. On a side note snow removal is excellent. It is quick and extra work is done to make driving and parking easier.

I’ve been here over a month it’s been very quiet and peaceful. My apartment is spacey and very cute perfect for just me. Getting moved in was so easy from finding the apartment, to signing and moving in. I’m just not quiet sure how to address my mail so any help with that would be great!
