I hate doing reviews, but believe feedback is the biggest way to avoid future mistakes and enlighten business owners to see what they do not want to see. I have been to this location four times and yesterday was my last time unfortunately. There is this big tan man that has zero customer service, and likes to price gouge. What is crazy is I am not the only one who feel like he does this. On my third visit there was customer asking why the price of the service was going up all of sudden at the checkout; and the man gives some weird rationale behind it, no discount, no care, for a returning customer

These are stand up dudes that do what they say and treat you fair. Any business that can do that has my vote. Danny specifically was pleasant to work with and made things happen, he kept me informed throughout the process and most importantly for me, they met the schedule they set. From start to finish absolutely 5 star service. Hector was extremely helpful and prompt with getting me a quote and install schedule for a lift kit for my F150. Great prices and great service. If you are in the market for tires and wheels this is the place to go. From the first conversation all the way to the end the service is phenomenal. Dakota took care of me and to be honest he was a big reason on why I decided to purchase here. Dakota was able to help me pick out wheel and give my truck the aggressive look that I was going for. I will be coming back to this place to do a few more thing on my truck in the future.

Instead of slandering this establishment I just want to leave a word of caution to those interested in having any work done here.
I took my jeep to have a lift kit and new wheels and tires installed, The day I drop my truck off I left it with them early in the morning when the shop opened which they stressed not to be late for, I then arrive at the shop 15 minutes before closing hoping that they might be done early since no one had called me all day.
I did not get my vehicle until 45 minutes after the shop had closed, I wasn't upset I understand places get busy and I was just excited to

I purchased 4 brand new tires from Orlando Tire and Wheel and just found out they sold me tires that were 5 years old. The tires are cracking and ride very rough. I told the manager Hector to replace tires and he refused to replaced unless I paid for more tires. He also told me they always sell tires that 5 years old. This is totally wrong to mislead customers and sell them unsafe tires. If you bought tires from these guys you may want to see how old they are. I am taking them to court to resolve issue.

I had a sound system installed at this shop and after the install, i had some issues with the sound system. I contacted the manager JOHN and he was helpful and willing to resolve the issue. However, after returning back to the shop on three (3) different occasions for the same reason, i finally gave up and requested to resolve this matter with some type of partial refund. I was informed that no refunds or returns will be given.

These guys were awesome! I was recommended here by a friend who had 37s put on his Jeep Wrangler JKU. I went from my stock Jeep Wrangler JK to a 2.5in lift with 33s and some new wheels. I ordered a set of Michelin pilot super sport tires 245-45-18 for my Stang. The guy there said he would have them the next day although I wasn't heading there till the following week. I traveled 3 hours to get there because the finance company I work with uses them. They never asked me for a deposit and I called and said I was traveling 3 hours to get there please make sure all is right . They reassured me to come on in.
When I got there, my tires were there and they started putting them on immediately ! No hassle and perfect work. The guys putting the tires on are truly experts. Perfect

Was looking for some new shoes on my ride while rolling down 95 and decided to check out Orlando Tire & Wheel. As you know wheels and tires can be expensive but the people here try and work out the best deal for you. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for some decent wheels at a decent price.

Needed one tire for my car ,called 3 places in orlando, gave info to the first 2 places,never got a call back,the third said he didn't have Toyo tires even though he was listed as a dealer. At Orlando Tire and Wheel I spoke with Oscar and although he did not have the tire I needed in his shop,he was able to get one for me in one day. I was given a 930 appt ,and my car was ready by 10:10. The service was excellent,and the staff was friendly. This place is about 40 minutes away and I will travel there every time I need those services.
