In the suburbs of Guadalajara there is a vivacious little town named Tlaquepaque, famed for its foods, crafts and Mariachis. The Tlaquepaque Restaurant adopted its name from there because the City of Placentia and The City of Tlaquepaque had a sister city exchange at the time. We, at Tlaquepaque Restaurant, take pride in recreating that same festive atmosphere with our authentic cuisine and our colorful murals depicting our heritage.
We hope that you will enjoy your visit with us and return soon so that you can experience the many dishes we have to offer from our new exposition kitchen. Many of our recipes have come from our extensive travels deep into Mexico.

This is my companies go to for our holiday functions. It's really good Mexican food and the fact that they easily handle 20-26 people is testament to the skill of the cooks and staff.
I highly recommend this place if you want good authentic Mexican food and a cozy cantina feel.
I also heard they make fantastic tamales but I haven't tried them yet. It's just what I've heard so far.
