The more living here, the less value it's providing. After the new property management company took over, maintenance are taking longer to come. I made a maintenance request for a sprinkler to be fixed cause it was spraying on our window by the patio and no response. Also, the front gates are always open, which let's anyone outside come in. I had 2 solicitors knock on my door since living here. We're looking for another place to live at the moment so that we can find a better value. Everywhere is expensive but I want to get more value for what I pay for.

I hadn’t had any issues here. I was happy living here but last night my AC stopped working. Today it was very hot in my apartment and I called to ask if maintenance could come today (I put the work order in last night) and I was told it can take up to 3 days since it isn’t an emergency because it isn’t over 100 degrees outside. It is 90 degrees and you know it gets hotter inside than outside. My cat has been lying on the floor all day trying to cool off. I sprayed my dog with water all day and she wouldn’t stop panting. Now it’s 4pm, still hot, and I have to go to work and hope my pets

I've been a resident at sienna point for 1year 3 months . Maria the manager Nelli and her office staff and maintenance have made my stay here great. Maria in particular has been more than helpful in whatever concerns I have. and her staff have been quick to resolve them . I Recommend Sienna Point apartment to anyone looking for a clean well managed property to live.

I rented back in 2015
When i moved out i left that apt better than how I received it . Professionally had it clean and carpets too and everything was good even went out as far as to find new renters for the unit and all , well not only did they keep my deposit but they are charging and reporting to my credit that i owe them about 600$ which is total bs ! The walls are paper thin soo if u live here u can hear ur neighbors breath!

Sienna Pointe apartment is not a good place to live anymore. They are constantly going up on rent and they now charge for water, sewer and trash. The mailbox was constantly getting broken into and the front gates for a few years now. The washer and dryer in the laundry room is always broken smh. You might as well get a house if you want to live here because you paid like its a house but without the benefits. One good thing is the people that work in the office are okay
