Services
We have an extensive network of on-call contractors, plumbers, electricians qualified for all renovations and condo conversions no matter how big or small the job is. Semi-annual walkthroughs are conducted before a security deposit is released to ensure no damages occur after a tenant moves out. We work with the city & state agencies to clears any violations from the property.

ARC has been managing my property for 5 months now. Initial service included recommendations for reasonably priced contractors to ready the property, a broker to list/show the property, and review of contracts to ensure I didn’t miss anything.
Rent payments have been timely, the fee reasonable, and arrangements are made as needed to handle any maintenance issues my tenant might have. Cristo has been professional and a pleasure to work with.

When New York was sheltering in place my daughter, who lives in New Jersey came to care for me in New York City. My daughter worried it would be a lot for her to manage her multi family home full time. My niece recommended a Property Manager and referred us to ARC Management.
