I currently live in this apartment complex. I have no issues aside from the fact that the people that live below me keep complaining that I dance and run in the apartment.
First of all, I understand that it might cause a disturbance but I have a three year old that likes to run. Mind you, this three year old goes to sleep at 9:00-9:30 ish. We don't dance. I barely play any music and when I do, its not loud.
I have tried to contact the management office twice now and I have left messages for Denise with two other employees. As of today, I have not received a call from her. This upsets me because

This complex is very incompetent with their lease agents at lease with the few that i spoke. I call on December to schedule a tour for a 3 bedroom apartment and lady was very rude and sense she didn't work the day that i need the appointment she sounds opposed and said call another day. I call back later the same week and same lady answers with attitude and said call back in January. When i call back in January the maneger was very polite and i ask for a 3 bedroom apartment on the first floor and he said he will have one on February 11 I said great i will like that one so i did not renew my contrac

I am moving into these apartments soon and the only reason i went with these apartments was because Ms. Denise. She was very professional. With Covid-19 going on i could not view my apartment, Ms. Denise went over and beyond to find out a way to send the video to me by email. I am greatly appreciative to have had her help me through this process as she is always available. People rarely exist like her in the leasing world she is awesome and i love my apartment ! I highly recommend this place very clean.

I've been a resident at Brentwood Downs for going on three years now. Marta was the one to initially help me during the start of my time here. From moving in, I loved everything about my one bedroom. It was very cozy and just what I wanted. I stayed in my one bedroom for two years before transitioning to a two bedroom for more space.

Deserve NO STARS....I am currently a resident here at Brentwood downs. I don't recommend anyone to move into this apartment. I moved here in December of 2016. Since I moved here I've moved into my SECOND apartment. Apartment 417 which is a one bedroom flooded 2xs while living there. I fussed and curse until both Teresa (manager) and Danni (assistant manager) knew who I was by the time the month of May got here. I had to take my complaints higher by calling Westdale Management asking for the owner of the complex who is by the way Steven Fontain (misspelled). I was able to move out of
