I moved into Woodland Ridge a year ago. Every since day one, the staff particularity Franchesca and Cekecia have been amazing with making sure my move in and stay was a great experience! A few months ago, Cekecia was so helpful with presenting me with the resources needed to help me pay my rent. Not only did she help me with rental assistance but she also helped with information to pay utilities and internet as well. I was paying $50 a month for internet and now paying $10 a month. Anytime I walk into the office I can count on Cekecia to be warm and available to help in any way. Cekecia really

Assistant manager Cekecia Oluwatyo is nothing beyond awesome. She is kind and so very helpful. Even though there weren’t any available apartments, she took the time out to give me information that would be helpful in the future and treated me with so much respect.
I would like to personally thank her for everything that she has done and her bubbly personality.

I'm impressed with the Management and staff here at Woodland Ridge Apartments. During these trying financial times for all, I can honestly say that they do their best to help the tenants-and that's big! They participate in program's that provide rental and utility assistance for tenants. They also provide lunch for the children here, as well as other enrichment programs.
If there are issues with my apartment, I can honestly say that Im comfortable with bringing them to their attention without fear of conflict; I feel assured that they will rectify any problem.
Maintenance staff is kind and professional

I have lived at Woodland Ridge since 2017 and have been pleased with the staff, the apts.are a very nice size. The maintenance has changed 2 times since I have lived here the staff Francessca,Cekicia are very polite professional and are always willing too help. Mirtha is easy too talk too and really tries too solve all situations in a timely manner.I think the maintenance dept

Morning, I been living here about 5 to 6 years. I must say that I have enjoyed my time here. The area that I live in is a mix of people from different race, old to young singles, couples and family. We all get along just fine. I would like to stay another year or two, but there's are needed improvement better cleanings of the grounds and gutters breezes way I'm not sure you responsible for that maybe you could, maybe you could give me a better understanding on that. And my Pet Pea is the Laundry Room Please, please place somebody to clean it and make sure its open, to many times I need to use the
