If I could leave zero stars I would. Don’t waste your money moving here . This place is full of roaches and they claim to have an exterminator come but it seems like that only makes the problem worse. Horrible management and maintenance have to constantly complain and threaten to call corporate multiple times. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME this place should honestly be shut down the money you pay to live here isn’t worth it to see roaches crawling everywhere no matter how much you clean and when I say everywhere the roaches are EVERYWHERE in the parking lot , on the stairs coming to the apartment building

Apt Is Run down with molded up bathroom …zero maintenance on the air conditioner system BATHROOM ARE RE SPRAYED OVER WITH WHITE PAINT BULL SHITT✅✅

If I could give them -5 stars, I would. Horrible experience! If you're American, do not rent here. The management caters to imigrants. If you're not Spanish speaking, go somewhere else. My apartment was broken into. The management (all spanish people) does not care. I told the assistant Isabella that someone was peeping in my window, and she acted as if she was offended and rudely stated, "Call the police. We were not there! I was shocked at this response. There is absolutely no compassion for what I'm going through. I'm single and live alone. A couple of months later, my apartment was broken into

Came here looking for a rental. Cannot comment on the staff as I didn’t go in. I was presented this sight upon entry. Smelly garbage hills in my new neighborhood are not a desired amenity.
That is some SERIOUS neglect from the property management. The maintenance guy just drove past it behind us in his cart. What an embarrassment.

If I could give 0 stars, I definitely would. They don't even deserve this one star. I applied for an apartment here. Everything was smooth sailing until the property manager called me and said the apartment is no longer available and informed me that I could not get a refund. How can you tell me the apartment is available, then charge me all of these admin, application, and deposit fees, and then call me 2 days later and say the apartment is no longer available and I will not be refunded?? Very unprofessional. I even tried calling corporate and the property manager obviously spoke to them before

The property is really nice and has lots of the amenities that I was looking for. The location is very convenient to the interstate, restaurants and shopping. Isabel was very nice and personable. She answered all my questions. This community is one of the better apartment complexes in the area. I took one star off because the property is older but very spacious ( the apartment i took is renovated )

So I decided to go take a look. And this place has changed tremendously. This young girl named Carmen showed me an apt. And it was a disgrace the apt was way down on a terrace level. And it was all kinds of writhing on the banister, and the cabinets inside were old, and looked like they were on their last leg. The price was 1010. I told her there is no way. Anyone would pay to live in that location. I'm telling you it's getting harder, and harder to live in some apts. Clearly office personal just do t care.

The Chelsea Apartments are the most affordable apartments in the area and nicest. I’m very satisfied Living here. I have been here almost 3 years and I haven’t had a problem. They have the nicest and prettiest lady’s in the office. Also a really good maintenance team. I’m happy living here at The Chelsea Apartments.

Save your money and rent somewhere else. Being a resident it is obvious First Communities only cares about the collecting rent and fees. The place has really fallen apart since renovation. It used to be a pretty acceptable place to live considering rent price. Prices have gone up 1370 for 3 bedroom The manager is a nice girl but she is not managing the property as good as she should. Maintenance has a hard job keeping things tidy which is understanding considering many residents stopped caring about their community because they dont treated right and because the property is not being managed properly
