I currently live here and will not be renewing. Ever since Celia (previous manager) left the office, things have been a mess! Unnecessary, nasty attitudes from the staff. The apartments are spacious, however something is always going wrong. It’s been 3 times I’ve had ceiling leaks and maintenance takes 2 weeks or more to get here (even though it’s considered an “emergency”). And they don’t even fix it, they simply paint over the damaged parts and call it a day. My stuff has gotten ruined from the leaks 3 times now. The trash gets so piled up, it’s disgusting and against health codes

My worst nightmare came true..from all the trash rats were sure to follow and for the past two weeks I’ve experienced a RAT INFESTATION in my unit.. I’ve sealed holes on my own purchase traps and poison..they’ve sent an exterminator out twice and I’ve only been left with 4 rat traps..and I’ve caught two and there’s another one that yanked its self off the trap..As a mother I can’t believe this is the situation I’m forced to be in with my three year old son..my cries have feel on deaf ears so I’m writing this to save any family I can from this nightmare

Communication is poor. You request pest control they seldom ever come. The trash problem is beyond filthy it’s literally against health codes. MOUNTAINS of garbage. I wrote corporate they don’t even care enough to respond. All that trash attracts more bugs to the units but of course they Don’t care. Two people have been shot and I haven’t even lived here for a year yet so to see the rent rates that yal have the AUDACITY to post for new tenants is laughable at the least. Do better and clean up the damn area.

I have lived in Wellington Ridge Apartments for 5 months. When I first moved in April I applied for a 3 bedroom and two bath that had termite damage. So then I was asked if I wanted a two bedroom which isn’t big enough and I took it and when I say it’s been a horrible place since I lived here maintenance request doesn’t get down until months later. I had water coming from the ceiling in my kids bathroom instead of the shower also in my bathroom the popcorn ceiling fell in my head and I been having the worst headache since. If you like bugs this is the place for you, we’re talking roaches, ants, nats, creepy worm looking things and EVEN baby snakes... yes you read that right, baby snakes in your apartment. Certain staff members are very rude as well, stay away from this place. Keep trying to post reviews but they keep getting removed somehow 🤔

For the price it's not worth it. Attitudes not needed when business needs to be handled. People who don't stay bring their trash an we have to pay more an more because of other people. They need to shut this place down children playing outside unsupervised, people breaking the gates constantly. Just look else where trust.

Just wanna say that I stay in this apartment for more than one yea , and I want to say thank you for making me feel welcomed since the moment that I came in the office to my time leaving the apartment.
Whenever I had issues maintenance would come fast and attend the problem.

PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE! Management puts up a great face for the property. I have had water leaks and growing mold from my first unit. I made complaints for several weeks until I had to threaten to get an outside source to check for mold, then they moved me into another building. It was infested with roaches. I reported it to the property manager she told me that she forgot to tell maintenance to spray the apartment before I moved in. My car has been broken into. It has been several gun shootings in this complex. The building that I was moved into has been vandalized several times and the gate
