So me & my husband always used to come here! But after taking my daughter I won’t never take one step in there! I took my daughter for a exam & the doctor was so rude & such in a rush! My daughter was scared and also crying and the doctor just started to write a prescription for her with out doing a proper eye exam. Please don’t bring your kids here! So unprofessional

Showed up as a walk-in with my daughter and they were able to squeeze us both in 30 minutes before closing. It was only $75.00 for a basic eye screening. Everyone was extremely friendly. We were in and out quickly and Dr. Tran answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I think I found my new eye doctor!

My family has been using Dr. Tran for many years, with no issues or complaints. My wife, myself and all of our kids. I have no complaints for the Dr. but now I have one with her office. I called on Monday to see about getting in for an exam and new contacts, and for the first time I have vision insurance! they looked my insurance up, and said for the appointment it would be a $10 copay for the exam, and $25 for materials up to a specific amount. When I went to check out, suddenly there was an additional contact fitting charge of $60. I asked why I wasn't told about that on the phone, and all

I've been seen by both Dr Tran and Dr Wilson. Both communicate well and are easy to understand. Sometimes I see an Asian name in the health fields and am hesitant, wondering if the person will be difficult to understand. This is no issue whatsoever with Dr Tran.
While they offer additional screening and dilation at an extra cost, the drs don't do them if not needed. Also, unlike some places, they don't charge extra to print out your contact prescription. This allows you to order online. Arrow Vision will match the online price if they can, though.

I stumbled upon this place thanks to an online discount coupon and I'm so glad I did. I took my son in first who complained of continuous headaches while in school, so I took him in just to make sure his vision was okay. Sure enough, his prescription changed and Dr. Wilson treated him right away. They recommended a great pair of contacts that he does well in and made sure we stayed on top of the follow up visit.
The front office staff are very patient and knowledgable as well. They tell you all expectations up front so there are no surprises.
