Today is Wednesday. A week ago Wednesday I called the office (please note; I'm not saying I called "my dr or my dr's office" because I don't have one. I can't tell you who I saw there aside from contact care & I liked her. I don't recognize any of the people on their website).
A week ago Wednesday I said, "I need to order a replacement contact." She took my info to look me up then

I thoroughly enjoyed my appointment at Harrel Eyecare. The facility was so bright and welcoming and the staff was peppy and intelligent. I felt like the doctor really engaged in the appointment to make sure my eye health and vision was at its best. Although I primarily wear contacts, the optician here helped style me with sunglasses that fit my face shape. I definitely feel like this is a place I’ll be going to for years!

Incredibly great service. I got fitted for contacts here and the staff and Dr. Baggs were incredibly professional and very helpful. I was a bit apprehensive about switching from glasses to contacts, but the folks at Harrel were knowledgeable and eager to help. They were also superhumanly patient when I had trouble putting the contact in. The quality of service I received from Harrel was excellent and I will definitely be a returning customer.

Disappointing experience. Poor communication. I've used them as my eye doctor for several years before moving to California. Immediately upon my return I called to book an appointment. I spoke to them the day before of and the day of the appointment to make sure everything was operating as normal because so many businesses are closed with COV19. Do they inform me of any restrictions on patients they will see? Never. So after driving an hour to their location for an eye exam, they turned me away, without even an apology.

My rx sunglasses popped a lens while visiting from St. Louis. I called Harrel's on a recommendation a nice receptionist said to come right in. The optician fixed my glasses and assessed the fit with my frame. Talking to him about my new progressive lenses and how I couldn't read with them, he offered to take a look and found that one lens correction was badly misaligned. NEITHER of these lenses were from Harrel and they knew I didn't live in Tulsa. However they still fixed my sunglasses and gave me valuable advice on my progressive glasses ALL FOR FREE. I wish I could get my eyecare

I have had multiple complex issues with my eyes ranging from corneal ulcers, iritis, and just normal contact fittings and eye exams. Dr. Harrel has always taken such great care of me! I recently had a flare up of issues and I've been seeing Dr. Baggs this go-around, and I can say nothing but awesome things for him as well. They always accommodate a last-minute appointment, getting me in within a day or two. The doctors are very thorough and explain everything in ways that are easy to understand.

I took my 10yr old son for his first eye appointment & he saw Dr. Sayer, she was very kind, sweet, & professional. I'd recommend her to friends and family, certainly. My only complaint was after we got the prescriptive lenses in the glasses, they gave us the wrong hard case & we have to return to get the right size so he has a hard case for his specs.

My husband and I have been going to Harrel Eye Care South for years, and I can't imagine going anywhere else. The office is bright and cheerful and clean, and they have the most updated equipment out there which makes your eye exam fast and simple. Dr. Sayler and all the staff are wonderful - friendly, thoughtful, caring, and efficient. This place is the best of the best!

Dr. Beartrack is my jam when it comes to eye doctors. Happily for her, and unfortunately for me, she is on maternity leave (or was) and I couldn't get in to see her. I had to look around for a reasonably priced place that could get some new contacts for me quickly because I was on my last pair! Oi!
I ran across Harrel Eyecare through Google reviews and Yelp and thought I'd give them a go. These guys are awesome and they made it reeeeally hard to stay loyal to Dr. Beartrack. If I could just get Harrel to recruit Dr. Beartrack to their practice then I'd be in heaven!

Ok. So this is written with a fair amount of frustration. I made an appointment over a week ago. I sent in all my insurance documentation as requested on the phone. I get here, and nothing has been looked at, nothing processed. I have been sitting here for some time now, with nothing.
However, they resolved it soon after, and the soak exam process has been fantastic! Would come back.

Awesome experience! I had a "not wonderful experience" at a competitor and I was shopping around and lucked into Harrel Eye Center. Ryan was able to help me and I was AMAZED! 1) his quote was 25% less expensive than what I was finding elsewhere saving me over 50$. 2) at the competitor I was told it would be a week, when I asked Ryan how long it would be his response was, "How about 10 minutes." You've got to be kidding me. I was prepared to wait a week at another eye center and here he is tell me it will be %25 cheaper and can be done in 10 minutes. *facepalm* AND everyone
