My wife had a large size dent on her SUV, I called around and got a couple of estimates. I decided to go with fix-a-dent and I'm glad I did. The communication skills were great. They showed up on time, very polite, did an amazing job on repairing the dent and the price was very reasonable. Overall I'm very satisfied with their service and will definitely be using them in the future if I ever need a dent repaired.

Had a pretty deep ding on my driver side door that was an eyesore. Went to the dealer and ask about their PDR during my oil change and they advised that the dent was angled and they could not remove it ...their body shop will have to work on the whole door. I said screw that! Few days later ...I decided to look on yelp. Came across Fix A Dent with 5-stars and decided to get a quote...Sharif responded quickly and asked about available times. This place is hit or miss! I used them twice, first time was awesome, second time was a disaster. Just try to avoid a technician named Josh. He had no effort to get my car fix at all, he just wrapped it up before asking me am I satisfied or not and assumed I would be happy with his work. I ended up spending a lot more money at a bodyshop, which it could be savaged if it was handled by the right guy. But the manager Sharif is nice enough to gave me partial refund, just making sure he send you the right guy.

Joel was AWESOME. I had a shallow but pretty large dent that included a body line on my Challenger, as well as some paint transfer. I got a quote from another shop that said it would take all day to repair and cost about $1k. Joel took out at least 90% of the damage in AN HOUR for a third of the price. No drilling and no touch up paint required. There is some minor hazing left from where the paint transfer was removed, but it's not really noticeable and would be even less so if my car wasn't black. Great communication from the beginning and was able to give a quote for repair with pictures via text. Very fair pricing, don't wast your time shopping around, I already did it for you. My dent was not an easy one and David was the technician who worked his magic and got it looking perfect. Dent removal is an art and David know his stuff, ask for him and you won't be disappointed.

I requested a quote from the owner, Sharif, through Yelp and he replied within 5 minutes. He was able to set me up for an appointment for the next business day. I contacted him on a Saturday and got an appointment that following Monday. I really appreciate that he took the time to reply to me outside of business hours too.
I paid a total of $180 for the repair. Other quotes I received ranged from $250-$350. I had an appointment scheduled with another dent repair shop

Scheduled an appointment for June 30th at 1:30 PM. Agreed to bring the car to him at crown Lexus in order to receive a lower price. I arrived at 1:27 and texted them I was here. I also called both numbers and left a message but no call back. I then texted again several times in the next hour. Waited at crown Lexus until 2:30 then I left. I can’t recall ever encountering a more unprofessional, disrespectful business. I’m also disappointed that crown Lexus associates themselves with company like this. They should reconsider allowing fix a dent to use their facilities!

I don't even know when someone backed into me, while washing my car I saw this huge dent in my 2.5 year old pristine Lincoln MKX. I knew if I took it to a shop it would be over $700. They see a little old female coming and they jack up the price.

Reached out to fix a dent got a reply from the owner himself. They were able to send someone out the following morning by 9:30 AM Joel arrived within less than an hour the car was brand new again couldn't believe it!!!! A few days ago on a early Sunday morning I noticed two small dents on the hood of my jet black BMW 540i. After about 20 minutes of practicing the art of formulating new curse words I calmed down enough to research dent removal companies. Sharif responded back to my request for a estimate that very Sunday (their one day off). The price was very fair and i scheduled a appointment for a couple days later. Fix-A-Dent is a paragon of good business. Easy to get a quote and set up an appointment. They come to you and do an amazing job for a truly fair price. I was being quoted ridiculous prices for a dent in my audi's body line and being told it would take all day to fix. Chris gave me a great quote and David B. fixed the dent 100% in about an hour. If you get David you are in good hands, he is a master at his craft. I will be coming to these guys if I ever get another dent.
