Very friendly people, very honest, a good place to bring your car for repairs, I highly recommend them. Also the surrounding area is very safe and clean, I think there is street parking there nearby should you come the day before. I have been taking my vehicles to Glenn's for years. Took my 2013 Elantra to this shop as a new client. My steering was making a funny sound. They diagnosed the problem as being a bad gear in the steering box. I would have gladly paid for the repair which was between $400 - $700. Instead they took the time to see if my car had a recall on this part, and turns out there was. They referred me to the dealer who replaced the defective part without a cost to me. I appreciate Mike’s (owner) honesty and professionalism. Should I need service any of my vehicles , I will come back.

Took my Ford F-150 to Glenn's auto because I was experiencing a slight squeak coming from my breaking system. Mike took a look and low and behold I needed breaks. I new my truck was in good hands and whatever that squeak was , he was going to fix my issue. Mike's knowledge and experience, along with his honest opinion I hold in high regard. I had my 2013 Jeep Wrangler and my 2011 Dodge Challenger worked on by Glenn's Auto Service this past week and as usual I was completely satisfied with the service provided. Mike kept me updated and the work was done as promised. I will continue to take my cars to Glenn's because Mike is a man of his word, easy to deal with and knows the importance of customer satisfaction. I know that in today's climate everything needs to be put down on paper but I truly believe Mike is still solid and a handshake is as good as a contract in his world. Referred by AAA, couldn’t be happier with the service, quality and professionalism I experienced. I called the day before for a rough estimate and was able to make an appointment for the following day. The Check Engine light was on, they were able to read the code and replaced an ignition coil for a reasonable price. I highly recommend Glenns Auto Service for your vehicle needs. I returned from vacation with check engine light, and skid light, rough riding vehicle, I phoned Misty at Glen’s auto, and after describing the problem, one of the questions asked was is this my primary vehicle, followed up with scheduling me. Upon arriving, Mike asked me a few questions, explained the expectations. Upon the findings, Mike explained what was required. I received a call letting me know it would be less expensive than quoted due to their findings. From my initial phone call to completion of work, everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable, quick and above all honest.
