Overall it was a pleasant experience. Cost was reasonable compared to the dealer and other local shop quotes. Service was prompt and they even cleaned my car! I'd definitely recommend Downey Car Care Center to friends and Family. The text notifications are a good touch as are the follow up calls to update you throughout the process. They are fast, reliable, honest and priced reasonably.

Came in with a Volvo, friendly welcome from all the employees. Mr. Shawn, Yasmine, lilly and Juan were very kind and informative, made me feel welcomed and listened to my concerns.
I was told what my car needed and the prices were broken down and explained. The vehicle still needs work but I feel safe and comfortable working with these professionals.

Definitely a great experience. The service writer Erica was very nice and kept me informed throughout the process. Service was completed in a timely manner and they let me know the car wash was closed due to the rain but let me know and put on my paperwork to return for the courtesy car wash.

Disappointed in all facets. Their employees are poorly trained and they are understaffed. Spent thousands of dollars on tires and when I thought I had a warranty for a tire that had been used for less than 300 miles, the employee gave me the wrong information and came to find it was not covered via a warranty that I thought was included. Best they could do was provide a 10.00 credit and I had to “ask” if a car wash was included and had to drive the car through on my own. Will never come back here, what’s worse is I had been a loyal patron for over 10 years.

I cam here under a recommendation from a trusted friend. I told the Care Center that I wanted a full diagnostic on my car. When asked why I was bringing in my car, I told them that there was an issue with coolant leaking and I didn't know where. I booked my appointment for Thursday 830am which is their first available appointment, however I had to change my scheduled appointment for the next day and they were able to accommodate me with four days ahead of time. I came in on Friday, and I was told to leave the car while they ran their tests. Eventually, I received a call around 1121am that my car

Everyone that I encountered at Downey Car Care Center was friendly and accommodating. Especially Erica she handled the intake of my vehicle and called with the info on the parts and labor costs for approval of the repair. The car was done by the end of the day as promised. And that was just yesterday but so far so good, oh and the bonus is that there's a car wash right on the same property and they washed and vacuumed my car for me. Woo-hoo!!!! So thank you very much to Downey Car Care Center!

Because of the expertise that your service department has. I now have a brand new running truck. Everything is great with the service and I am very happy with the work performed. The cost was very reasonable and time on the repair was perfect. Would recommend this service department to any one with a vehicle needing tuneups or repairs
