Services
We set out to be different from other real estate and property management firms in Charleston right from the beginning. First, as real estate investors, building a real estate portfolio of our own of homes on the downtown peninsula. We studied the market intensely, became experts at market value, opportunity, and investment potential in a growing Charleston real estate market.

This was our second time using Cora Bett Thomas. We rented the pet friendly Congress Garden Apt across from Warren Squrare both times. The location is perfect for us and our 18 year old Chihuahua loves it as well! The apartment is spacious, clean and adorable. Thank you for your hospitality, we look forward to our next visit.

Very bad experience with Cora Bett. I called the management company to complain about their tenants trashing our lot and there were no apologies or no actions taken. On top of having to talk with someone passive aggressive, she hanged up on me... Very professional. They were not even aware that their downstairs lot was vacant and full of trash everywhere but did not seem bothered by this issue. I feel bad for the tenants upstairs to deal with this poor management and unsanitary conditions.

I had a terrible experience with Cora Bett. I rented a home for a trip I had planned in May 2018. In January 2018 when I reserved the home, I paid half of the total rental cost as a deposit. Cora Bett apparently then transferred my rental to another company, which resulted in it being cancelled. I only found it that it was cancelled because I emailed on the MONDAY of the week of the trip, and was then informed I no longer had a reservation. I was refunded my deposit but finding out 4 days before my trip (which included 11 girls, some of who were flying in for the trip) was unnerving. I would never
