What a gorgeous townhome! We were wowed by the dcor and appointments. What a fun place for 8 women to stay. We could walk everywhere, felt in the thick of things, but still were in a quiet area. We even used the giant flat screen to watch "Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil" one night!" We loved the property, it was beautiful and sparkling clean when we arrived.
The downtown Historic District is not only beautiful, but offers a lot of great things to do, just walking distance from your Stay Savannah Vacation Rental. You'll find charming parks and squares, perfect for a picnic, wedding, or just a stroll with someone special. A very unprofessional company- I am supposed to arrive in Savannah and have no idea how to access my property rental. They are completely unresponsive and do not answer messages, emails, or phone calls. Their voice mail box is always full. They are uncommunicative to their customers and I am about to lose hundreds of dollars for a cancelled vacation because I cannot guarantee I will have a place to stay. A huge disappointment:(

This feels strange to say given that the photos of the Brigham are so beautiful, but, the photos do not do it justice - the unit is absolutely more stunning in person than the photos. Lots of natural light, comfortable, very spacious, and beautifully decorated. We stayed for a week over spring break with our family and loved it. The beds are super comfortable, bathrooms roomy and lovely to use, and the amenities great. The roof top deck is especially fun, and the Stay Savannah rental hosts were helpful and quickly responsive. We had a great stay and look forward to coming back!

Stay Savannah Vacations booked us into the Brigham At Chippewa after the original house we booked became unavailable. This house just opened and had not been reviewed online as yet. Tammy was lovely to work with and assured us that this place would be way better than the one we originally wanted. She was so right and so accommodating. There was a issue with the AC and she had a repairman at the house within a few hours. We loved Savannah and had a wonderful time in this lovely and walkable city.

We have stayed at Stay Savannah properties for a week each winter since at least 2013 and they were all great. This year we stayed in The 1890 on Whitefield and it was excellent - excellent location, very large, very quiet, easy on-street parking, well maintained. Stay Savannah has always provided excellent service. We have already reserved to return to The 1890 on Whitefield next winter.

My husband and I stayed at their Pirates Bluff upper over Labor Day weekend. It was absolutely perfect!! The place was spotless. Had everything we needed and the best part of it was within walking distance to River Walk and everything else we wanted to see. Its next door to The Pirates Restaurant where the trolleys will pick up and drop off so extremely convenient. We will definitely be going through them again for our next visit to Savannah!!

We have stayed in several of Stay Savannah Vacation Rentals properties over the years and have always been happy with our accommodations. The properties that we have stayed in were amazing. It was nice to wake up to Savannah Coffee Roasters coffee in the mornings, that was provided for us by Stay Savannah. It is the special things like that makes them stand out from other companies. We gladly refer friends and family to them when they are visiting Savannah.

We stayed in the 1867 Rob Lowe home for a girls weekend & we loved it!!! Such a wonderful home with everything you need! It even came with stuff to help with hangovers! I would recommend this home to anyone. The beds were surprisingly super comfortable & so were all of the pillows. Also, the staff at Stay Savannah were extremely pleasant every single time I spoke with them (which doesn't happen very often these days). They were so helpful any time I had any questions. Thank you Stay Savannah Vacation Rentals! I will definitely rent from them again :)

Stay Savannah Vacation Rentals is locally owned and operated by people who treat your vacation as if it were their own. The properties are well maintained...no surprises...and there is a quick response to any concern. Our family and friends stayed in several rentals across town for a family event and ALL were completely satisfied. The properties offer a comfortable "home away from home" making travel more affordable - properties have kitchens so you can snack and relax comfortably or choose to prepare a meal or two at "home". This is especially great if you are traveling with children.

Stay Savannah does a wonderful job of taking care of my vacation rental property. Whenever I arrive to check on it (even without their knowledge), it is spotlessly clean with bright white linens (no stains!), and everything necessary for excellent guest stay in place. They take care of guests and owners--which really means making sure the property is attractive, clean, and well-maintained. It is great working with them--the entire staff are friendly and helpful, no matter what problem arises. I recommend them to both guests and property owners seeking conscientious management!

My wife and I have rented properties from Stay Savannah Vacation Rentals a number of times over the past 3 years. Stay Savannah has been a joy to do business with, is quick to respond to issues and questions, and offers some great properties in great locations around Savannah. We travel to Savannah at least once a year and have used Stay Savannah exclusively the past couple of years. Traveling with two dogs can sometimes present an issue but Stay Savannah has a number of properties that accommodate pets. I would highly recommend using them.
