Gitta!! I have to start my review with Gitta. We had to reschedule my daughters wedding due to COVID-19 and Gitta held my hand the whole way! She is the best! Period! The house overlooking River street was perfect. It would be a beautiful home in a cow pasture. The fact that it is overlooking River Street and within walking distance to everything makes it perfect. Stunning views of the Savannah River from two balconies. Huge kitchen and dining areas. My daughters bridal party used the area for a hair and make up session for her wedding. We stayed at the Stathopoulos House, which was in a good location and very historic looking inside, but I'm giving a mediocre review because their maintenance man was in the house for the first 3 hours we were supposed to have it rented because of an electrical issue. We left for a little bit while he was there to go to the grocery so we could be… accommodating and let him do his thing (at the start of our vacation) and came back to the owners in there as well. All three of them then apologized and moved out to the porch and talked for another 30 minutes. Suffice it to say, it was not a

The team at Savannah Dream Vacations is the absolute BEST. They helped me book a truly fantastic place in Savannah for myself, sister, and my 91-year old Mom that was right near the action so we did not have to walk too far to anything. I booked 2 to 3 months in advance with what was a non-refundable agreement with the owner. Even though the weather was a little hot and humid, the location of the Carriage House was perfectly nestled conveniently next to the best park out of over 44 squares in the locality, Forsyth!
There is a supermarket close and it's a $6-$7 Uber to River Street or the City Market. So much history and so many things to see! Absolutely loved the trip!

Truly, a perfect house in a glorious location. We liked that it a little off the busy path of downtown, the evening walks couldn't be more splendid and romantic. The internet was pretty shoddy, considering we were partially here for business it became an obstacle, but SDV were kind and responsive all around. Regardless, we will definitely be back!

I can't say enough good things about this rental property (509 E. York Street). My friends were blown away by the house when they arrived. It was beautiful with plenty of space for everyone. The appliances were all new. The beds were extremely comfortable and bathrooms were updated. We loved the private courtyard in the back and hung out there in the mornings when it was a little cooler outside. The house was within walking distance to all of the local attractions.
The company itself was very accommodating and available any time to answer questions.

Beautiful home in prime location!
We met our two grown sons and their wives for a lovely weekend in Savannah. This home is nicely located, less than a mile from all the popular attractions. It had plenty of space for the six of us to spread out, have privacy, and enjoy time together. There are lots of stairs, which for us wasn't a problem at all, but it could be for some. The neighborhood was quiet, restaurants and bars are close by, as is a grocery store. Overall, it was a beautiful weekend in a beautiful home.

I rented the Huntington house for a 25th birthday weekend. We loved the layout of the house and the outside patio. Overall, it was a very nice house with comfy beds and big bedrooms. Property managers were great, they were quick to answer any questions or concerns during and before the trip. I would recommend this house and Savannah Dream Vacations to anyone looking to visit Savannah.

Savannah Getaway! We rented this property for a weekend getaway with our friends. This house is so awesome, we wanted to just move it back home with us. It was decorated so nicely, the beds were super comfy, very clean, and so close to everything. We walked to everywhere we needed to go. Our trip was perfect.

The pictures for the Urban Loft rental were great but we were still blown away when we arrived! We wanted a great location for our girls' weekend that was nice, reasonably priced and within close proximity to the downtown area...this rental was an answer to all of that and so much more! The loft is modern and… tastefully decorated with all the amenities you might possibly need. Southern charm We enjoyed are stay. The rental was clean an very easy to find. Off stret parking was nice. Bringing three blocks from a park, coffee shop, and grocery store was great. Th only thing I would have liked were some stacking baskets in the closet to put some clothes in. We stayed just over one week.

We had a fantastic stay in Savannah and loved 509 E York st. You can't beat the location -walking distance to all the sites. We had a delicious dinner at historic 1790 inn (one block away) and the pizza from nearby Screamin Mimi's is well worth trying. The House is spacious, well appointed and has everything we needed. Weather was warm so we enjoyed eating outside. Bedrooms are very comfortable and each has a TV and ceiling fans. Also there is a additional box room which was perfect for our toddler in a pack n play. Highly recommend. Very helpful company who also quickly shipped back something
