Chappelle's Towing LLC opened its doors in 1981 in Vancouver, WA on 33rd and St. Johns Road. We moved to the historical Fruit Valley Road location in 1992, and after more than 30 years in business, we are operating eight trucks in two locations covering the greater Southwest Washington area. Our skilled vehicle recovery specialists use state-of-the-art equipment to provide the best towing services in the region.

Chappelle's Towing LLC offers towing services throughout the Greater Clark County, WA area. We opened in Vancouver in 1981 and recently added a new location in Battle Ground. Chappelle's provides roadside assistance and breakdown coverage for motorists- and bicyclists- whose vehicles have suffered a mechanical failure that leaves the operator stranded. I had to call AAA last night whom sent Cliff from Chappelle's to help me. It is actually the second time that he has helped me with my truck. The first time I needed a jump. Cliff is awesome! He shows up reasonably quick, is very nice and he goes out of his way to help and get me back on the road. Thank you Cliff.

My vehicle broke down by Vancouver WA. Chappelle's Towing was very timely with their response (less than 1 hour). The driver (Cody) was friendly, very responsive and customer focused. Delivery to the Ford dealership was timely.

Cody L. was fantastic. He called me shortly after setting up an appointment to let me know he would be there in 20 minutes. He was there in less time than that, We were not on site so he called us to let us know that he was there and got instructions from us for where to leave the car. He sent us pictures upon completion. He had a great attitude and provided exceptional service. Thank you Cody!

This is specifically a review of my tow truck driver, Cliff. My experience was fantastic as he helped me in quite the pickle (a less than preferable location to be towed). He was knowledgeable, kind, and assisted in educating me in what was potentially wrong with my vehicle. I was wildly impressed with his skillfulness and extremely thankful for his help. we called triple AAA to have our car towed. They said it would take 3 hours for someone to come by. Luckily our driver Cliff M. Was around the area and was able to help us out and get us taken care of quick and efficiently while also staying professional about it. Thanks alot guys! Amazing customer service.

Our car died and couldn't be re-started, we called AAA and Chappelle's Towing arrived. Our driver, Cliff M. was friendly and efficient, getting us on the road right away. He was friendly and sympathetic with our situation. We appreciate Cliff's ability to put us at ease and get us home asap. We would recommend Cliff at Chappelle's Towing very highly.

For us .. this was not a good experience. had a flat tire around 6:30 AM in 28 degree weather, called AAA & was told they would be there within 45 minutes & they would txt us with updates about time of arrival. 1 hr later, nobody called, texted nor showed up. we called AAA again and they basically said "we don't know why they have not contacted you yet". oh well, we changed the flat tire ourselves .. and found Chappelle's towing to bo absolutely useless to us. They called 1 hr later to tell us they are on their way ... what? ...Useless.

I had a very highly collectible irreplaceable classic car towed.
the driver treated the car so great. he didn't use any chains just straps, and watched every move to make sure nothing touched the car in any way.
when the car was being strapped down. he draped white towels over the tires to protect the wheels and tires from any marring. he event tied white towel onto the straps for an extra safety precaution incase they came in contact with the car.
up most care was taken through out the whole process, and good customer service. this company will

Hats off to driver Zack for spending two relentless hours, trying to locate a stranded driver we met while hiking on a forest service road, with intermittent cell service, several miles from anything or anyone. The driver chose to stay with her vehicle and we promised to call for help once we got cell service. The weather was unpredictable going from snow to sleet to sun in less than an hour.
Zack drove up and down dangerous mountain roads looking to help this driver before she could get cell service to reply to his calls and texts. She was popped out of a ditch with a chain by a Good Samaritan
