I originally booked through AirBnB - Premier Island Property Management group took over management of the property we were supposed to stay and consequently cancelled our booking that we've had for 6 months now, just a few months before our honeymoon. They would not honor the original pricing of $1,500 for 5 nights in the unit and instead said we could rebook under the "current pricing" being a little over $3,000. Fees alone total almost a grand. Absolutely insane.

We rented a unit in Portofino Island in Pensacola Beach from September 20th to the 24th. While the resort itself was beautiful this unit lacked basic cooking utensils (spatulas, spoons, etc), batteries in the remotes, lightbulbs in the refrigerator, toilet paper in the bathrooms and working outlets in the bathrooms. We contacted the property management at the front desk about these issues and only received our housekeeping requests (cooking utensils and toilet paper). We went to Publix and bought batteries and a blow dryer because the hair dryer was connected to the bathroom outlet and we couldn

I paid 3,500 to rent a tiny beach condo. They said they were going to charge me a 100 fee for pet hair. We did NOT have a pet in the condo. We flew from Ohio. The cleaning staff did not even empty the dishwasher and the upstairs door was cracked when we got there. There were 2 coffee mugs one which leaked. I have gone through other rental companies in that area with no problems. I will NEVER go through premier again. Beware

Critical: Professionalism
Beware of shady business practices. I was fined $50 for losing a PAPER parking pass. I lost one of the 6, yes 6, paper passes given to me for a 4 night stay. It was never even communicated to me, verbally or in print, that I needed to return these. Sour ending to a nice family vacation.

I had prepaid some time ago for what looked like a beautiful, non-refundable condo on the beach… 3 weeks before arrival there was a “scheduling error with the owner” and they tried to get me to take a garbage property instead. I now don’t even think the original vrbo listing was real. I did at least get a refund, but ruined a family vacation…. Shady practices.

We stayed in one of their properties that they manage. They had the house label as High Life. It was an expensive house to rent for the week, however, we thought we would get what we paid for. We wanted a nice house and thought that was what we would get for the price we paid. This was not the case. We over paid for a house that was dirty, had piles of garbage and debris in the yard. In the bottom of the pool was a condom. The sectional sofa was very worn and recliners damaged. Cardboard boxes with junk in them, in the main living area. The stove top cracked and very dirty. The hide away bed, which

Cancelled my plans for my family to enjoy the beach because they "forgot" about the blue angels weekend in July. I booked and paid for my 3 night reservation at $560 a night plus a ridiculous $350 cleaning fee. They cancelled my reservation because they wanted a 6 night minimum AFTER I already booked. Imagine a hotel doing this? Never. And they call themselves a professional company. Greed. It's a sad world we live in.
