Due to a named storm event our ramps to the beach were damaged and we are waiting on the engineer approval to rebuild. As our ramp access may not be available all of our stairways are open. Please bear with us during this process as we are working diligently to rebuild as soon as possible. If you have any questions please call our office at 855-837-9121, press 2 for reservations.

The boat owner must be an owner of or a registered guest in a condominium at Sandpiper Cove. Boat ownership is defined to mean either personally or as the person with the controlling interest or majority stockholder of a corporation or partnership owning said boat. Any boat owner can reserve up to 15 consecutive nights of dock space based upon slip availability and their purchase of an appropriate permit for use during their stay.
Whether you're needing a space to get together with friends and family for a celebration, or need a place for business meeting, Sandpiper Cove's event center has you covered. The event center is perfect for weddings, receptions, family reunions, baby showers, birthday parties, or corporate meetings.
After spending a day enjoying the beach or lounging poolside, grab your clubs and play a friendly game of golf on our 9 hole par 3 course. Our beautifully landscaped property make the golf course a pleasure to play for both the expert or novice. Each hole off is located throughout the grounds giving you the opportunity to explore our community nestled nicely in the heart of Destin.

We like to go to destin over fall break. The condo was nice and clean. We had a 2 bedroom, the master is good size. The queen bed in the 2nd room took up space, room to walk around the bed, there was a chest in the closet for clothes. The only we had to get was food. It had all the comforts of home. We loved having the beach right out the back door. The kids were able to play right off the deck in the sand or throwing football while we relaxed on the deck. Our dog travels with us and enjoyed looking out the glass door/windows. There is a area to take your pets outside, you do have to clean up after

We absolutely love Sandpiper Cove! We have now stayed in the same unit 3 years in a row. Awesome having Rick's on the beach! The fish tacos are super delicious and the bartender makes fantastic margaritas. Super cool to have the Laginappe on site as well. Really good food! Worth going there at least once during your stay. Beach is pristine and beautiful! We will continue to stay here when we vacation in Destin. Short drive to many other really good restaurants and to touristy things. We just like to chill at the beach and eat like kings. Highly recommend Sandpiper Cove!

We absolutely loved unit 1155 at Sandpiper Cove! It was clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. It was a very short walk to the beach. It even has 2 beach chairs and umbrella for you on the beach. The walls seemed like they are sound proof as we did not hear other tenants through them. We went for our family vacation and we just did not want to leave.

I've been living here for a little over a month now and I have enjoyed my experience. I was the very first tenant to move into my building after a portion of it caught fire over a year ago and it had to be vacated. All of the units in the building have been renovated (new flooring, bathroom vanities and even more upgrades for the units that were damaged by the fire).

Sand Piper Cove is an awesome place to bring your family. Security keeps it safe for everyone and are very professional. The maintenance crew keeps everything working properly and repairs any damages lightning quick. The office staff are an extraordinary group of people and have excellent customer service skills.
I’ve stayed here twice. Once in 2019 for a week and I literally just got home from our second visit and we stayed for 2 weeks. Each condo we’ve stayed in were really nice and had everything you need during your stay. My daughter (7 yrs) loves the 5 pools, we had to try them all out

Great weather during our stay. convenient walk to the beach. within short driving distance of all attractions. our unit had been updated, although the odor of mold was present. we chose to ignore and pretend it was our imagination. our unit had a keurig, which was more than awesome. the unit also had a washer/dryer. the dryer caused an awful racket, but the last load seem to quiet down. one piece of advice. bring a toaster or an air fryer. that completes the kitchen.

This was our first experience staying at Sandpiper Cove and we had a great time! We stayed in unit 8250 which was a recently updated studio and it was the perfect size for my husband and I and our two small dogs. We loved that it had a normal bed and not a murphy bed. It was a very easy walk to the beach each day and the pools never seemed crowded. The unit felt very clean and we appreciated that the guards at the gate wore masks and we had a maintenance employee come to our unit one day to change the battery in the key lock on the door and he wore a mask and had gloves on (which we watched him

So a follow up to my last post, I moved out. Before I moved, I notified the manager twice that I was going to clean the apartment including the carpets. I notified yet again after I had moved out that I had cleaned the apartment thoroughly.
My deposit refund comes quickly, but I was charged $105 for cleaning the carpet. Twice, I wrote to the corporate office to get my $105 back. No response for about two months. I filed a Small Claim suit. Now, I get a phone call. Eventually, I very my $105 back plus court costs and filing fees.
I'm grateful for the refund, but this is what it takes

What a dump!
A cleaning woman who does not clean if she has to go upstairs - I had to ask repeatedly for her to clean the landing between my apartment - upstairs - and the next apartment.
A manager who doesn't know how to manage, or can't be bothered. Seemingly, she'll rent to anyone without checking references. Doesn't manage noisy tenants, or tenants blasting their music, or tenants who leave trash all around the dumpster area, or tenants who park in handicapped spaces, or tenants whose guests park in reserved spaces.

We stayed at unit 8139 and it was amazing. Great location right across from a private beach along with plenty of amenities like pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, and a 9 hole golf course.
The studio unit was clean and spacious with a pull out murphy bed and sofa bed so in all it sleeps 4. The price was reasonable and the unit is centrally located so all the great attractions are within a 5-15 minute drive. Will definitely be coming back!
