Beach Club Towers Spa

Place was fine but the day of checkout, I was locked out of my unit (code changed) before my scheduled check out time. The front desk said the battery died, but the maintenance man said the code must have changed because the battery was fine and his code was working just fine. Don’t let the door hit ya on the way out.

We had a condo on the third floor. This was great and a beautiful view of the gulf. One queen bed with bathroom and a spiral staircase to upper floor with private bathroom and king size bed with balcony. Beautiful beach. Water was warm. But there was little jellyfish all over and if you didn't watch out for them, you wod get stung. So be on the lookout for these. The sting hurts and ask a long time. Loved the co do but did find some bugs that looked like cockroachs. That was the only bad thing. However a guy from Orrin did come in and spray.

This was the nastiest, most unprofessional place I’ve ever stayed. My stay was 7 days, I called the front desk the first four days about the sanitation. The furniture was broken, there were problems with the bugs, the place was completely infested with fruit flies because the trash chute door that was outside was not working. The cups you see are rhe Fruit flies that we caught on the first two days. Every time you walk out of the unit, the hallway smelled like trash. In order to get any accommodation, I had to physically go to the office.

Just got here looks like someone either got shot or threw up all over the front door when you walk in, that person continued to throw up on the interior door, mold by the vents, room needed a paint job 10 years ago. Management said they checked the room before we got here and it was clean , they will look at it tomorrow.........
Stayed here a number of times has always been nice in previous years, not sure what’s going on....

Outstanding place to stay on vacation. Wonderful location, and love the beach!!!! Clean,friendly, and can walk to all restaurants!!!!

This building is fantastic! Right on Pensacola Beach and close to restaurants, the bay and t-shirt shops. Plenty of parking, short wait for elevators and great amenities (gym, pool, chair service). We stayed mid-May and had plenty of space to enjoy ourselves. Highly recommend unit 1001. The views were breathtaking and the condo was roomy and comfortable.

DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU HAVE KIDS. You pay the same price as everyone else but you are limited to the amenities you are allowed to use. And the website doesn't say anything about that. In fact it says it's great for families. Trust me, if I had seen anything about restrictions I wouldn't have wasted my money. And I'm not one to leave bad reviews but I need to tell my fellow families with kids so you also don't waste your money.
