First, last winter during the ice storm, the pipes in the empty apartment upstairs burst, flooding our apartment. The manager allowed us to move into another apartment which we like better, except for the second reason. The heater doesn't work. We went and bought a radiator style space heater from Walmart but we can only keep the living room and kitchen warm. I've called everyone in Norman, trying to get some help, even called our state representative. Haven't heard from her yet. Bugs, tweakers, buy parts and fix things myself afters waiting forever.
I've seen more new office staff and maintenance in the 2 yrs I've been her than I can count.
Inconsiderate people playing music with way too much bass (for apt living) causing pictures to fall off the wall. Office doesn't do anything about it. Not one for calling the police but not too late to start I guess.😔
I'm happily out of here next weekend. If you're looking for a place to live, run the other way, consider a friend's couch or sleeping in your car.

Doesn't even deserve a star..
Can't stand living here. Place was filled with roaches before even when I 1st moved in. They go through people like a revolving door, your requests or work orders never happen..(still waiting for my AC and dishwasher to get fixed or replaced.. not working since mid July) yet they want all the rent..
Do not move here. I'm moving when I can! They don't care if you are disabled.

After that, I dealt with the receptionist and she never put in my application.! Any good review is a straight up LIE They misplace people's payments and then hit them with eviction. The office is NEVER open until five. They will post eviction notices after the office closes so no one can argue. They never answer the phone. They always say they are taking care of things and never get back to you. They say maintenance requests were completed when no one even came to the apartment. They maintenance people walk in your place without knocking. Nothing gets fixed or replaced. They will literally take the phone off the hook just to avoid you. Crack heads run wild and break into cars

I have lived here since 2017. Since that time we have had 10 sets of management teams and unknown amount of maintenance personnel. The apartment complex is infested with roaches and bedbugs. The management does not want to fix any of the problems and if they have a good idea to help the residents out then they are promptly removed and new ones assigned. Maintenance keeps leaving because they are tired of lying to the residents saying parts are on order when in fact they have never been ordered in the first place. I found my bathroom floor flooded around 11:30pm Sat night. Called in maintenance emergency number and left message. By 12:30 flooding getting worse by the minute.
I went next door to the empty apartment which was unlocked and located the problem I was unable to stop the leak so I redirected the water myself into a floor flange for the toilet they had open so it wasn't continuing to flood more.
By this time not only was the bathroom flooded but the hallway carpet was saturated so I called the emergency number again and left another message detailing it is worse and I hung up. As I waited for
