After move out I was loaded with unexpected and unexplained charges that I received no notice of until I received a letter dated a month earlier threatening to send me to collections. I tried to follow up multiple times with the management company via the email address provided in the letter and received no response. This is absolutely insulting and unprofessional. The Edge was a great place to live back when Amanda managed it, but apparently the current management company is more interested in predatory theft than being helpful. I cannot in good conscience recommend that anybody live here.

I lived at The Edge from 2017 to 2019. That was a great experience for me. The management team was friendly and helpful. They made me feel like home. The maintenance was fast and effective. I had a wonderful time with the Edge. I believe my time with them will be fantastic if they would have a shuttle bus. Overall, I strongly recommend the edge for your time at OU.

I have had a terrible experience living here. My car and roommates car have been broken into multiple times. They don’t do anything about the homeless walking around and getting into the dumpsters. My apartment is privately owned and they don’t even honor the stuff agreed to in our lease. It’s been a battle all semester with them. They’ve had people in and out of our apartment without our say. They have some kind of construction or loud noises almost every day of the week. Overall I’m ready to move out. Not a great place

I moved into the Edge in 2016 and left here in 2019. Even though Management has changed, I have always had a pleasant experience living here. The roommate matching is well placed, maintenance is quick, and the layout is great too. If I had any complaint, it would be that I wish there was a shuttle to Lloyd Noble but the complex is only a 25 minute walk to campus if you don’t want to drive. Overall, the Edge provides a great student living experience.

The Edge was a great apartment for me. My friend and I were looking for a place for just one semester and they helped us out with that when most other complexes in Norman wouldn’t. Amanda in the front office was very helpful and accommodating my whole time there and was great to talk to as well. The location of the complex is great. Very close to campus, I walked occasionally to class and walked to every football game. Rooms are spacious, so are the bathrooms, the living room, and the kitchen. Overall great apartment complex!

I seriously love living at this location. the onsite manager is super responsive. the rooms are nice and the rent is cheap. Know going in that you are going to have to compromise with roommates and its no big deal. I love the whole set up. Several reviews complain about the train. they are frequent though they never sound their horn so I hardly notice them even with my window open. ( Which is pretty much all the time.) Love it. will live her until I graduate.

I lived at the Edge my sophomore year and had a great experience! I moved to another complex and regretted it immediately so I moved back to the Edge the following year and will stay here until I graduate. Management is so nice, and always have work orders completed in a timely manner. The prices are the cheapest I have come by especially for such a large space with your own walk in closet, bathroom, and completely furnished apartment. 5 stars, great place to live!
