I lived in the Ray Apartments while I attended OU. Great location as I walked to classes every day and jogged around campus daily. In the evenings I could just walk to Campus Corner of the Student Union to study. The only reason I have four stars and not five is the train tracks across the parking lot from me and my air-conditioning seeped to the apartment below mine. Yes, I received their heat in the winter, LOL! Great location. I had good neighbors.
