Management is kind and professional and maintenance responds quickly to my requests. The park really close by, pool, gym, a shuttle bus stop, being right by the highway, washer/dryer in the unit all make it hard to think about living anywhere else. It's quiet and I feel safe in the area. The buildings are older which means there's more wear--like I really hope they replace the cabinets and countertops at some point. But it's overall a great place to live if you can get past some of the aesthetics.

This apartment complex advertises itself as a gun free community. As a result, there have been NUMEROUS large scale car burglaries that have taken place on the premises.
I have personally spoken with several other residents who have had multiple break-ins and thefts over the past 2 months, and management has little to no interest in improving conditions. Security cameras are not allowed to be installed on the exterior of buildings, and the suggestion of implementing a neighborhood watch has been outright rejected by management. The few cameras that do exist on the property NEVER capture any activity

Edit:upgraded to a two bedroom, moved in to no a.c took 2 days to fix, whatever. And month later no a.c and expecting to give birth in less than a month and haven't had any luck in fixing it. I've sent maintenance orders in and all management can say is freon was put in. How come my a.c won't go down past 72 running constantly for over a week. Loved my old apartment and decided to upgrade when we found out I was pregnant. But management doesn't seem to care about a 34 week pregnant person with no a.c in my whole house besides the portable one in my bedroom, and no determined time on fixing the

I am so glad I chose to move into Post Oak Apartments! They are extremely clean and beautiful outside and inside. Very safe and a great location on campus especially because the bus goes right into the apartments! They take very good care of the apartments outside and inside so it is always nice driving into my apartment parking lot. They allow pets and make sure that the lawn is clean by having the owners make sure they clean up after their pets! It is a wonderful place to live and I absolutely love it and recommend them!

Apartments are nice and clean. Maintenance is very fast & helpful getting repairs done. Love that they have washer/dryer in every unit!! Bedroom is big enough to fit a king bed. Very convenient to campus. Can hear OU band practicing. There's nice trail walks and tons of grass for dogs to go to bathroom. Really enjoy living here.
