Elsa Gatchalian - Our owner and founder of Elsa's Adult Care Home and Assisted Living Facility in Tucson, Arizona. Experienced in hospital and elderly patient care since 1986, Elsa is the heart and soul of the home. Nevin Gatchalian - Nevin is the husband and resident technician, accountant and financial contact.
At Elsa's Adult Care Home and Assisted Living Facility, we take great pride with our service to our clients and their families. Since my mom has been at Elsa's (Adult Care Home), she has improved in her walking and her emotions. They keep the house spotless. My mom is well taken care of. She is happy and safe.

I have been working with Elsa's Adult Care home for the past 5 years. Elsa and her team give excellent care to the residents in a clean, loving and kind environment. Elsa's staff are trained well and she has very low staff turnover. This speaks to how she cares for her residents as well as her caregivers. We are lucky to have such a care provider in our community.

The negative comment (one star) is false and suspect due the complainant is unknown. The comments are unjustified due to the lack of specifics as to who, what, and when did this event happen, and therefore it cannot be trusted and is not credible. It was posted purposely to discredit our unblemished and outstanding reputation for no apparent reason. Anyone who fabricates false libel is cautioned that such defamation and false damaging statements like this is punishable by law. This matter will be referred to my lawyer to track down the source.

Ive recommended to all my family, because after being an employee myself for Elsa for so many years she has done tremendous work to care for others. Elsas adult care home holds the integrity that most places lack now a days. What other place has direct access to the owners 24/7, High standers are set and met from their employees conquering any task with dedication and hard work. The appreciation is heart warming from the residents when they see what a close net the owners and staff have built making life wonderful at Elsas. The view of the mountains is beautiful, with their hard work in gardening
