Supporting students on their journey through school is important to us, which is why we're proud to partner and co-create with college students.
Ascent helps you cover up to 100% of your cost of attendance and other school-related expenses (up to $200,000*) at over 2,200 colleges nationwide by offering undergraduate and graduate loans for students. New 7 and 12-year repayment terms in addition to 5, 10, 15 and 20-year terms (depending on the loan you choose).
Every student's situation is different, so if you can't qualify for a loan in your own name, our cosigned loan can help. If you don't qualify for a loan in your own name or for the full amount needed to cover your expenses, please consider applying with a creditworthy cosigner. Cosigners have an obligation to make payments should you default.
If you don't pre-qualify for our credit-based non-cosigned loan, eligible juniors and seniors may apply for our outcomes-based loan.
Student borrowers with no credit score**, as well as student borrowers that pass the minimum credit requirements but don't meet the income or repayment capacity requirements may qualify on the basis of several alternative factors which may include: school, program, graduation date, major, GPA, cost of attendance, and other factors that could allow for students to obtain a non-cosigned outcomes-based private student loan in their own name.

I loved ascent funding because they provide many scholarship opportunities and applying is really simple. I appreciate that they understand that students need funding in order to succeed in college. Its not easy being a college student during COVID times and Ascent is a great resource for anyone looking for ways to fund school while we navigate through these hard times.

I won the $500 Ascent's Easiest Scholarship Giveaway, and I am very pleased with my experience with Ascent. This is an easy, legit place to win some money for school expenses, with the process for each of Ascent's scholarships being clear to understand and simple to complete. I was contacted via the email I provided, and I was asked to fill out a form so Ascent could directly deposit my scholarship.

Before getting into the review about attending Ascent webinar, I thought that the webinar was going to just throw information at the people and expect people who attend the video call to know what the faculty and staff of Ascent were talking about. That did not happen. Ascent introduced everyone to what they will be talking about before getting into the details. I like how everything they said kept going back to what they previously said and relating what they said to the main topic. Before letting the people who attend the webinar go, Ascent faculty and staff waited and answer all questions asked

I love ascent funding because it was very easy to apply for a scholarship. Most scholarships make you write essays on why should you win this scholarships. When it came to signing up for the ascent funding scholarships, it took less than five minutes to registered for it. If you are looking for a easy scholarships to apply for without having to type an essay, ASCENT FUNDING IS THE WAY TO GO!!

I have nothing but great things to say about Ascent Funding! I was the Day 46 winner of their 50 Days of Scholarships Giveaway in the Summer of 2021, and this was by far the easiest $1,000 I have ever earned. Participating in Ascent Funding’s Scholarship was very easy and simple. All I had to do was create a cute original image with a tip or resource I used to manage money in college. Once I did that, it all went from there. There was no hard, insane essay to write or any gimmicks just a simple fun and easy task. Thank you very much Ascents Funding, LCC for this major opportunity!
